Le petit déjeuner était vraiment bien, bonne qualité et belle variété de nourriture. La personne à la réception a été extrêmement serviable.

The water pressure was great!!! Parts of the area seemed a little sketchy. The parking garage right behind the hotel had all kinds of graffiti and i had to park on the top level to receive the parking discount, still! The bed was not centered, my side by the window only had a gap of maybe 6 inches, and the base of the bed could not be moved. Trying to drag your luggage up the front steps was not what you would expect from a high class hotel!!! The breakfast was excellent!! By far the best on the trip.

Trash pickup and contractors around the area started working around 5 am and woke us up. Outdated, but room was nice.

Impressive building, feels very grand when you walk in. Our room was large with comfortable bed but bathroom a bit dated. We asked for our room to be cleaned daily but the only things done were replacing the coffee & cups and filling the fridge - surprised that they didn't make bed or empty bin. Bathroom had previous guest's contact lens on floor & some mould. Curtains didn't reach to bottom of window. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly and excellent breakfast and location

Lovely traditional hotel in the centre of Odense

What a beautiful Grand Hotel. The Ground Floor is absolutely stunning. It was like going back in time. I really loved the breakfast selection and decoration. Truly beautiful! Furthermore, the staff was very welcoming and helpful with advices for my exploring. Some things to improve: The room was a bit dusty. It felt that it wasn't recently cleaned. Especially the slit between the matraze and headboard. I was a bit shocked to find so much dust between it. Also the floors should be better cleaned. Overall, magical hotel that just needs slight improvements to be an impeccable place.

Great hotel! Old world charm and great amenities. Very central location. Lovely staff, always willing to help. The breakfast was fantastic. Can’t recommend the hotel enough.

This was such a wonderful hotel. It's right in the middle of the touristic part of Odense, with plenty of places to eat nearby and very close to the train station. The staff is super nice and the breakfast was outstanding. I would stay there again for sure.

I thought this hotel was great. It was a good location, a lovely building and lobby and breakfast was out of this world! We stayed in a third floor exterior room which meant it was quite compact with smaller windows. I loved it because it was well designed and very sweet little room but if you need more space request a room on the 2nd or 1st floor or an interior courtyard room on the 3rd.

We chose this hotel (original part built 1897, but we stayed in the 1950s annex wing) because it contrasted with a modern hotel we had stayed at in Copenhagen for a small group tour. This hotel is just a couple of minutes from the train station, and near many restaurants, shopping and touring options. We arrived on a very hot day (about 82F) and I opened the window a bit for some cool breeze at night... it was a little noisy but did not interfere with sleep. Excellent breakfast buffet. A special thanks to the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant.. my grandchild needed minor first aid attention during our visit and staff with very helpful with that. Lots of smiles from the staff during breakfast was a nice way to start each day!

Great location. You can walk to train station and all restaurants in city center. We took the tram to the university but you could walk it if so inclined. The breakfast had fresh variety. I didn’t want to leave. Great spot.

Everything was great, the only thing is the water pressure was very weak. But it may be a Danish thing.

Property was nice but the room we had did not have a shower but a tub with a shower head. There was no shower curtain. There is no parking at the hotel. The bar, restaurant were nice, the breakfast was very good. Front desk staff were helpful when pushed.

Very good hotel at Odense, Denmark... It's location is walking distance from Odese Station. Also very close to the town center... Staffs are very helpful and cooprative... Breakfast sprade is fantastic and fresh....

This was a couple's stay during a trip through Denmark. There was an inexpensive parking garage which was a very short walk from the hotel, the room was clean and felt nice. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was phenomenal. This is the part of Denmark on Fyn Island where the HC Andersen House is, but it's also just a lovely area to walk around as well. Nice restaurants and pubs are nearby too (I hear this hotel's restaurant is nice, but we did not do dinner here, just the included breakfast).
