This Place is so beautiful. Staff is very kind and room service is always great. I have started here 3 times already and I wouldn’t go anywhere else if you are visiting Tikal

Wifi in room 508 was not accessible

The grounds are beautiful and location very convenient for Tikal and some shopping. The staff is very helpful, especially the wait staff. They were most pleasant and friendly. My 8 year old granddaughter played in the pool, played giant checkers and learned to play pool. We were able to get adjoining rooms which enhanced our family vacation.

Clean room, friendly stuff, great facility. Why not 5 star - a bit boring and overpriced for what you get and there are no alternatives in a walking distance, so you have no choice but eating same meals. Bonus: free kayaks and sauna!

The pool is full of contaminating algae encrusted on the tiles. The service in the pool waited for more than 20 minutes and nobody helped me. I had to call the recepcion twice. Also, thanks God i order a fish ceviche and they brought to me a mix ceviche including shrimps, etc wich i’m so allergic. I could died that day.

Super recomendado!! El personal del hotel es muy amable, todos son muy atentos y de verdad se esmeran en que disfrutes tu estancia en el hotel. Tienen diferentes actividades tanto para niños como para adultos, me encantó el paseo en lancha, algo que sin lugar a dudas te puedes perder. La temperatura del agua de la piscina y del jacuzzi es totalmente la adecuada. Las habitaciones bastante limpias y amplias. La comida en el restaurante muy deliciosa. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia en el hotel, estamos encantados con el lugar y agradecemos bastante todas sus atenciones.

This hotel is top notch! The service goes beyond expectations and the staff was very eager to help. Who ever does stay here, you must know that it is away from any stores or restaurants. The hotel has a small gift shop and the food was excellent.

First off let me say this place is nestled in nature on a beautiful lake. The place designed perfectly to feel nature. If you are looking for a quiet get away, this place will not disappoint. The staff is gracious and you arrive to a nice cool drink and a beautiful entrance. The jacuzzi was not working when we arrived, but the pool area feels like Paradise and the jacuzzi is small above ground, not so great. The rooms have balcony with amazing lake views good AC, beds are comfortable and nice. The rooms are a bit dated, but very clean and cared for. You need to rent a car to go to the local towns, Flores (40 min) and to get tipical food, not only is it cheaper but delicious. For Tikal you can drive and see it on your own for the day. The only reason to need a guide is if you are going for the sunrise tour (MUST HAVE) Which you can coordinate with the hotel concierge. Other wise 45 min drive and only 150Q= $21usd approx for the regular day pass. Parking at the hotel is abundant and free. The rest of the tours I booked myself and left from Flores. Much cheaper. All in all an amazing trip and beautiful stay at this hotel.

Everything wad amazing except fir the internet access in the rooms. The views are amaxing...the staff exceptional...Mariano at the beach front area was wonderful and so informative. Miguel at reception was very kind. Everyone at the restaurant was friendly and kind. Loved that you have a car to drive the elderly to the beach area...great place to stay...

The best

Having a lake with beach access was amazing. The sauna and pool was wonderful. The restaurant was pretty unremarkable. It was nice that breakfast was included but some of the items on the breakfast buffet was at room temperature. WIFI is super spotty in the rooms.

Great stay. Rooms were comfortable and the activities at the hotel are very cool. The rooms probably need a facelift. I've been coming for many years and they still look the same
