Everything was great

Nice area. Rooms outdated. Sheets n blankets could be cleaner/fresher not knowing if they are truly clean. Staff super friendly.

Sewage problem left a terrible smell outside the hotel. Property is quite old and should definitely be updated. Fire alarm went off at 6:02am!!! Service was otherwise fine and reception staff were sweet. Overall might choose to stay here only if usual Marriott is unavailable again. Just fine for our 11-hr stay.

Very nice room for the price, bed and pillows were excellent, a/c was cool and comfortable.Everything was clean. Pool was nice. It wasn’t fancy but it was perfect for the night.

Great place to stay in Johns creek

Hotel staff was very helpful and let me check in early after an overnight flight. Hotel room, lobby and hallways were very clean. The room was spacious with an area for sitting. Bed was very comfortable and bathrooms were clean and in good condition. I would stay here again.

The drain in the bathroom is blocked.

The white blanket on both beds were very dingy.

Staff was very rude. Our daughter got sick and the front desk refused to send someone up with clean bedding and asked that we carry the soiled bedding from the top floor to the lobby.

This is not hotel standards. This had to previously be a motel. Linen was very low quality and everything is extremely outdated. Both elevators need to be out of service until they are repaired. The hallway’s are 90 degrees plus no air circulation, but individual air conditioning at the end of the hallway. Bathroom was so bad, room stuffy. My first Hyat place stay and I am not a fan of this brand. The staff was very friendly but the property is very neglected and is in need of a major renovation. Extended stay América was a better option than Hyat and that’s very disappointing. I couldn’t stay at extended stay América because I smelled weed in the foyer. I have chronic asthma.

I enjoyed the room until a roach crawled on my arm. I was there for three nights on the second day is when the incident occurred with the roach. I had to shake out all of my clothes. The room and the hotel look clean from the naked eye

Great location. Easy fast check in. Large, modern and very clean rooms. Very average breakfast but it is included with the room. Also a pretty good value when using hotel.com. Would definitely stay again.

They didnt have a good comforter and the bed was hard
