When I was searching for the hotels in Merida they showed a beautiful building big and nice but is not that one the hotel is rating 8.2 is nothing compare with another hotels I went in my previous trips. This don’t not have elevator, the beds is pretty bad not comfortable the shower never I couldn’t control the temperature was coming very hot or cold. I don’t not recommend this property l.

We were a group of 9 If there was a 10 star option I would have confidently choose it. From our arrival to check out, the experience was unforgettable. Staff was so amazing! They are attentive and go out of their way to help. Thank you!

Elevator

The stay was lovely. Close to delicious restaurants, shopping and more. Would highly recommend!

What a beautiful place to stay. This hotel is tucked in Parque de los Hidalgo which is so convenient. The hotel is well preserved and filled with beautiful artwork. The service was great, the front desk staff was prompt. We requested a cab and they made the arrangements as requested. The room is perfect for a nite with all the amenities a/c, TV and toiletries. There is a pool on the third floor. I didn’t go in the water, I did a temp check with my toe, it felt great. I would totally stay here again.

The room needed a bit of maintenance. The bed was very hard.

Could be much better. Needs an elevator. Parking lot is not manned full-time which is a hassle to get in and out of. Lack of electrical outlets in rooms is a major inconvenience - we had to purchase an extension cord to get my CPAP to reach the other side of the room! Room smelled like a sewer when we arrived.

Hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable overall. The check in speed and front desk left a lot to be desired.

Location is great, rooms need little upgrade.
