It was just a Inn not a Quality Inn

The place is quite shabby. It advertised a free breakfast but there was no breakfast

Parking. Was under the impression there was free parking but there was actually no parking

The hotel is average, but the front desk staff is very good and helpful. The room is relatively small, but the beds are comfortable.

There was no place to sit in the lobby to wait for our tours for pick up

Check in was smooth and appreciated to get in a bit early. No hot water to shower was super frustrating as well as a broken washer so no laundry available. Beds decent enough. Hair left in the bath tub that was not mine so was not happy with that. No parking for my rental. Quality is not what comes to mind here for this place. People drunk out front and asking for money constantly was annoying.

A lot of social issues in the immediate vicinity & hotel lobby. Staff were great, but environment was definitely uncomfortable.

The rooms were not the cleanest. The TV had lines running through the screen and the rooms are very dated.

I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone It’s overpriced— it’s Old — example — I got up early at 5AM and there was No warm let alone HOT water Terrible

Expensive for a room during September

Close to supermarket easy walk to Food outlets. Breakfast simple but good. Staff friendly. Shuttle service convenient. The rooms were clean and good value for money. The mall area was pretty much closed and there were a number homeless people about who were under the influence. They didn’t bother us but I didn’t feel safe going out of the hotel on my own as a female. The hotel itself felt safe.

The hotel said free parking lot but it was street parking. Hotel phone wasnt working. Door was noisy, cant adjust room temp, furniture was old and broken. However, staff was kind and nice. Good thing was easy to access downtown.
