Very clean rooms

The reception was wonderful, such a pleasant personality

The room was very clean. There was a strong garlic/curry order when I first got in the room. I febreezed it out. I also smelled it in the hall the next day. Kids running up and down the hall knocking on doors (including mine) was disappointing. This was not the fault of the hotel. The stay was good. Breakfast was also good.

Well it started out not so great. The front desk staff person gave us keys to the wrong room. The horror to myself and husband as well as to the resident of the room as we began to enter. It was shocking. All I saw were legs on a bed and heard snoring. The poor man was sleeping and we were walking in on him. So sorry. How can one make a mistake like that? Don’t they record who comes in and what room one is in? Other than that the stay was great.

Was convenient to SVSU.

The only issue I had was a very large stain near the bed, we noticed when stepping on it. Very disgusting. We brought it up at checkout and the gentleman smiles and said we know its there it won't come up its a burn. Looks like someone vomited .Offered 50% off room which We have not seen.

The hotel was extremely busy with little league tournaments and fishing contest. We were in town for a funeral and had a hotel mix up and were scrambling for last minute rooms. I booked online and when we arrived the tbe front desk staff was awesome, Zuleika answered all questions and always had a smile, I’m not sure of the lady’s name she was training, but she was well on her way to being a some hostess. My family had a 2 day stay and considering the circumstances on why we were there, our hotel experience was top notice quiet stay, good bfast, and awesome staff….THANKS

The elevator from the third floor did not work and they didn’t tell us or adjust anything and we are old people.

I made a reservation through Expedia, paid for it in full, and when I came to check in, I was told by the receptionist that there is no room available in the hotel. He said:” You didn’t show up before 6 pm so someone else came and we sold them your room”! What?!!! How is this even possible? He said: “ Well you made reservation through third party not us!” Never ever will I make reservation in any Comfort Inn hotels, and I am questioning using the Expedia too.

I didn't like the breakfast and sometimes the elevator didn't work.

Outlets didn’t work by the bed so that was inconvenient but other than that all was amazing as usual

I felt valued and I would choose them again and recommend
