El hotel ya es muy viejo la comida no hay variedad está muy pobre,no tienen un bar,en la playa hay un mesero para todos los clientes nunca llega hay que meterse uno mismo por su bebida, te dan una talla y si se te moja o se te ensucia no la puedes cambiar una por día, por lo que cobran no conviene.

Excellent hotel, just in the heart of Acapulco it has everything you need to have an excellent vacation. Food is great, staff is always very helpful and the night shows are wonderful !!

Got food poisoning, hotel is not as advertised-it’s old and not well maintained, staff was rude, check out time was not communicated properly, room was missing all towels at arrival, unable to sleep due to loud music outside of room until 6am every night, air conditioner was not working properly and made loud noise, room toilet leaking water on floor, used eyelash stuck on mirror in the room’s bathroom, rude towel pick-up/return staff, food was not good and caused me to have food poisoning and had to go to the doctor for antibiotics, pools were overcrowded and dirty, activities and amenities not well explained, did not feel overall welcome at all…horrible experience all together.

Food was repetitive and very bland. We had to go across the street because kids no longer wanted the food. Our Ac in our room was out and they accommodated us to a different room which was good. Everything else was great spent most of the time at the beach and kids in pool.

This used the name Ritz, but it's not the Ritz Carlton. They would not put their name on this place. The staff was not very helpful, the accomodations were subpar and I left a bottle of pills in my room and came back 30 minutes later and they magically "disappeared".

Excellent view with equally excellent service. A few things can be improved: 1. The door to the balcony didn't close properly. 2. The air conditioning is either too cold or too hot at this time of the year (March). 3. Hand sanitizer would be nice, especially when the water at the tap tends to be iffy.
