Poor and dirty place . Very unsafe

My stay was great. Don't believe the reviews. I believe someone was a little mad, but I had no problem. The room was clean. They were polite at the front desk.. I had accidentally left my phone on the counter of checking in and the older gentleman was kind enough to grab it for me . My stay gets 5 stars.

Carpet in the hallways need to be removed along with inside the rooms. We got to our room after 9pm that night, no A/C was on...the room was extremely hot. It took at least 2 hrs for the room to cool off. The hotel rooms were a little outdated.

The service at check in was great but the room and hallways of the hotel smelled kinda bad and the room could have been cleaner. The pool area is nice but some of the pool furniture was run down. It was cold as the heater was broken. For the area however, this hotel could be a good value.

Location was convenient. Hardly anything for breakfast. No meat,no bagels,no juice. He did bring apple juice when i toldhim there was no juice We went somewhere else and paid forbreakfast, since there was so little to choose.

The lady at the desknwas amazing. That's where the positives end. While walking to the room you could hear a dog excessively barking. When entering the rooom it was hot and the ac was off. The smell of mold and mildew were overwhelming. The controls on the ac were worn off, the front of the init was covered with dust. Mold covered the wall around the unit. The bed cover had blood smeared on it. The covering on the desk chair was worn and peeling. Free wound be overpriced for this place. The health department should close this place and it be unlisted from Hotels.com.

The continental breakfast was lacking. The toilet paper holder was low and almost too far from the stool

Clean, good customer service

Upon my arrival and getting my room, it smelled like dog urin on the second floor, the room had a strong midew smell. The towels were stained yellow, and the lights went out for 8 hours, we had to stay out of the hotel because it was hot and muggy. The lights went out at about 4 and didn't come back on until 1:45 am the next day. This was the worst experience in a hotel.

Great experience! Got into our room and turned the tv on and there was a black line down the screen so we let the front desk know and they immediately switched our room and even upgraded us at no charge for the trouble. Staff was super sweet!

Typical Wyndham. Not friendly, not accommodating, ice machine didn’t work. On their defense there was only one person working the front desk and the breakfast.

Great property for the price

The top door lock was broken. The pool was not heated and had no filter going and was very gross. The front desk lady was the only hotel staff working at multiple points. Breakfast was below average. Cereal and make your own waffle is all. Bathroom was not clean upon arrival. Very poor experience I wouldn’t book again.

Hotel hallways & stairs had not been vacuumed in (#?) months. Our room also displayed evidence of not being vacuumed or mopped. Odors from cooking in some rooms were very strong. Ice machine broken. SCARY incident of someone trying to enter our room when we heard a loud bang from the door flying open only to be stopped by the security latch. No knock and happened in the late afternoon so did not think it was housekeeping, but how did the door open that far unless with a master key? Always use the security latch! No hot breakfast - but better than some in that there was bread for toast & instant oatmeal packets. Otherwise, packaged cookies, bananas & oranges, yogurt milk & juice. On Sundays, you may find scrambled eggs and waffles - no meats.

It was good and clean. However the one night that we got in the indoor pool the water was so cold we could not stay in it more than ten minutes and the lights were never turned on for the indoor pool until we just said that we were getting out.

Was given the keys to a dirty room initially. Okay, it happens. When I approached the desk to let them know it was dirty and I needed to get ready for a wedding now, then suggestion was to get ready in a room down stairs then move upstairs after the wedding. That’s just really inconvenient. The new room also had a stain/something blue on the comforter. Not great, not the worst place I’ve stayed. Wish I was offered a discount of some sort for the inconvenience
