Staff friendly/ inviting, always pleasant. Rooms are great and comfortable. Valet are amazing as well! Our favorite place to stay when we visit our adult kids.

Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Location is right across the street from the Convention Center and some great restaurants are walking distance. Every employee that I interacted with was friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, neat rooms and a nice bathroom. The restaurant on top of the hotel is very nice as well.

Overall a decent place, but it nickle and dimes you everywhere. They ask for $50 extra just to check in before 3pm. Normal check in is at 4pm. But what kind of a money grubbing place is this? If the room is available, what difference does it make? There is a breakfast cafe on the ground that only opens in the morning. The restaurant on the roof serves food the remainder of the day. Avoid the beer at the restaurant, as the lines have probably never been cleaned. Basically sums up the place in a nutshell. Lazy and cheap

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. They let us check in early which was an added bonus. Room was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely property and great staff. Unfortunately, the area isn’t the safest or as walkable to different dining options as we had hoped. Good proximity to Portland light rail though!

Amazing hotel

Everything was great. The smelly stuff they used for cleaning the room was a bit strong but other than that, everything was top notch! Will definitely stay again when going to the moda center, was a quick walk there!

My son and I enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Eastlund for our 1 night stay. The modern contemporary style and excellent roof top restaurant experience made our short stay in Portland enjoyable. Easy check in and out and friendly staff made our stay very welcoming and comfortable. We appreciated the wonderful valet parking as well that was a time saver and quality service. Thank you
