Great hotel! Would stay there again!

The parking entrance is very small and hard to get in if it’s busy after that the staff was very helpful and nice zc

Just nice friendly clean comfortable hotel

Westin has done a poor job when it comes to in-room comfortness. Small closets, no drawers. I would trade 1000 times a bathtub that no one uses, for some extra space in my closet.

Melvin was amazing and the restaurant staff was super friendly.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The facilites were clean and well maintained. I would return to the hotel and recommend it to future visitors.

Excelent location, staff and clean

Nice hotel in a very good area. Only issue was check in. We arrived later in the evening than we had planned because of a flight delay and they had given away our room and asked us to take a smaller room for the night. They managed to get us in the room we paid for after half an hour or so. Otherwise no problems.

The Hotel property is well taken care off, the staff is caring and proactive and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The boy improvement should be the breakfast options.

First time at the Westin Georgetown and. I would definitely return. Wonderful staff, excellent location, nicely appointed hotel. The restaurant/bar was enjoyable---food and beverage selections were very good.

A 4 blocks in DC were out of power for several days. This included the Westin. Upon arrival they informed me that they made arrangements for me to stay at another hotel right nearby. Under this adverse conditions they handled it seamlessly. Well done.
