We had to stay there due to car trouble. Front desk staff was nice and accommodated our needs. The place is older and could use fresh walls and new towels. Other than that, it was fine for an on the road place. Bed was very comfy!

Everything was ok. A large pile of trash outside the window stuffed behind a tree was not so pleasant. Could not figure out the coffee maker. There was no basket? That was disappointing because really wanted coffee. The lady that check us in was not very welcoming and could hear staff in the next room behind the adjoining door. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. Overall the experience was ok except for the mentioned above.

Basically a comfortable hotel. However, it does have need of refurbishment. Close to gas stations, restaurants and places to shop.

Very impressed with room and condition of facility. Very clean, even the hallway carpet was fresh and clean. Staff was friendly and made check in a breeze. Next to Applebees, Target and Dollar Tree, etc. Chevron gas station on same block. Couldn’t have been more convenient. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

My only complaint about the hotel was that there wasn't an elevator. I was staying for a week and had my work computer and a bunch of food and supplies. I had to make 3 trips up the stairs to bring everything up and take everything down. Other than that, the Internet worked very well, I didn't have any connection issues that prevented me from getting any work done during the week. Even my meetings via Teams were crisp and without disruptions.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was simple. Room was good. No issues.

Convenient place to stay, close to where we needed to be. My only complaint was the continental breakfast……seriously lacking and pillows were not too good. Clean place, even smells clean.

Lady at front desk couldn't have. Been more rude terrible customer service worst i ahve ever had at ant hotel or motel. If everything else wasnt sold i out i would have walked right out the door ans gotten a refunded would definitely not recommend staying there with that horrible customer service

Comfortable bed and location is nice.

Just what we wanted, places to eat in area and quick and easy access t I40 E in the morning.

Only issues was the homeless unfortunately

Experience was positive, when i asked for a ground level room i was given a ground level room. room was nice.

The room was functional and we had what we needed but it definitely needed updated. The flooring was old and furniture kind of banged up. On the plus side, it was centrally located for our needs.

It was very clean, coffee and tea out in front when you needed it continental breakfast. The room was clean, quiet comfortable.

We were just passing through so this hotel was perfect for a nights sleep. It’s dated but was fine for what we needed. Staff was very friendly and check in and out was quick and easy
