great location, wonderful helpful staff, very comfortable room

The hotel was amazing! Clean and comfortable with attentive staff! What really made a huge difference was when our flight got cancelled and we had to go back to the hotel Nils in customer experience was able to get us a room and upgrade us. I would like to say Hugo in customer relations was beyond amazing and helpful the entire length of our stay for the 9 days! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone! Great location to everything!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic, from the perfectly central but calm location in the middle of all the sights- to the remarkably spotless clean rooms with a comfortable layout, a wide variety of accessible amnesties of which it’s easy to order more of and the luxurious bathroom- the only thing to improve is the possibility of a quieter room but this is effortlessly made up for in the amazing facilities consisting of a brilliant pool, gym and sauna. As well as this the staff are remarkably helpful with notably useful advice and handy tips, not to forget how courteous they were. I strongly suggest this accessible hotel to maximise your visit

Convenient location and room spacious

Buffet breakfast was more than enough to get our day started! Plenty of choices - cold and hot! Staff were great. Very clean and well organised.

Nice hotel in a handy location for seeing the sights

Extra nice feature was a roof top pool, albeit freezing in October. You could also request a sauna to be heated up just for you.

Clean room. The welcome we received was friendly and welcoming. The concierge was helpful and engaging and stood out the most.

The service and staff here was absolutely the best! Definitely coming back again! The meals we ate here world class. Sunset Lounge had great sushi and cocktails 💕 The breakfast bar was scrumptious too
