Cleaning staff was good. Noisy at night.

Was okay. Room smelled funky.

Clean and comfy hotel.

The room was clean, waffle breakfast was great, customer service at check-in was great, and is not too far from Sea World and Sesame Place. Will be using this hotel again in the future.

When I arrived at 3 to check in the employee made me wait until the new worker arrived because she was off and they were doing a shift change. Felt that was kind of rude. The new worker didn’t even know I was waiting to be checked in, I had to ask her if she could check me in. She thought I was waiting for an Uber but didn’t bother to ask. Room was not fully cleaned, there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and the shower. Breakfast was only yogurt, cereal, waffle and coffee. No toast or juice. No hand soap in the bathroom and at night, there are prostitutes near the gas station area so be cautious. Room served its purpose but I will never stay here again.

Looks like a motel rather than the kind of inn that Quality Inn usually has. The breakfast has very limited options. Surprised to see how small the so called breakfast room is. Given the options there has, it’s more like a snack room.

Poor quality. Below average on everything. One of our rooms had spiders and gaps under the door. Homeless and freeway around you. Food selection is saved only by the waffle maker. Parking is awful and overcrowded. We had 3 rooms and 1 car with no place to park on 3 or our nights. Only stay here if you're saving some money and ok with 2/5 rating.

The gentleman working the front desk was very sweet. I had no issue with the room and felt comfortable

The employee at the front desk was fabulous. Very kind and informative. The room was decent but the volume on our tv was stuck so it was blaringly loud if we wanted to use it. Breakfast was ok. I loved the availability of waffles yogurt and cereal but to be honest i did anticipate a better spread based on the online advertisement. The room was very small for breakfast. With limited seating.

Housekeeper was very friendly and nice yesterday morning, we did not need room service, but she did give us clean towels. Love to see the cats that hang around the parking lot. They had water and food available to them. Thank you!

Nice person at front desk, and Nice staff. We got everything we need in a room, fridge micro, iron, blow dryer, clean linens, clean towels, etc. Everything seemed clean and working when we got to the room, except our fridge was not plugged in and when we pulled the drawers away from the wall to plug it, there was a bunch of roaches hiding under the drawers by the power surge, we didnt want them to start walking toward our bed so we pushed the drawers back to the wall very quickly 😩
