Friendly, professional staff and the rooms are modern and very clean!

Everything was good except we got charged for the breakfast and it was part of the reservation We talk to the reception they told us we have to talk to Expedia but we have to pay now

What you expect from a corporate hotel - clean, easy checkin, quiet room, walkable to restaurants.

The hotel is clean and very comfortable. It Is centrally located and the staff are very helpfull

Auto checkout didn’t work but staff was very nice. The room was lovely and cool during the heat. Slept great and really enjoyed stay.

Friendly staff. They have a steam room, hot tub, and a pool. The steam room is a huge plus for long distance travelers.

The beds were comfy and the room was clean. Can’t ask for much else.

Honestly, I feel like we got put in an awful room because I got a deal? It had a tiny window… I mean tiny in the corner and was soooo dark. Felt like a basement. The hotel is nice, renovated. I think I would just have enjoyed my 40th birthday better with a nicer room.

The room was spacious and there was the restraunt in the hotel which was very good. The pool, gym and hottub were great. The parking area was also very well maintained. Really appreciate the kindness and hospitality by the staff. Received a small stuffed bunny in the room which was great.

I stayed for one night and so did not use all of the facilities. Location was convenient for the VIA rail station and downtown.The breakfast in the restaurant was excellent.
