I booked through HOTELS.COM and booked a king size bed. When I got there it was 2 queen beds. I call the front desk and they were able to get me a king. They did tell me they do not guarantee room choice when booked with a third party.

I was surprised by the attitude the clerk gave me because I booked with this site, It was like he was shaming me because I chose to save money. The room was clean, but it was still quite pricey. He also told me I was out of luck for a receipt since I booked the way I did. Quite disappointing. I wasn’t able to get credit with the hotels rewards either.

It was well located, easy walking to shops and restaurants. I noticed a mild odor of septic or sewage in the bathrooms of the rooms I was in last night and on 6/31.

The description is not accurate. There is no bar or swimming pool on the property. There are two separate buildings. For breakfast you have to walk across the parking lot to another restaurant. The front desk staff blames the 3rd party booking (Expedia) for inaccurate property description. There is no RV parking. Would never stay here.

Our door cards wouldn't work on second day and had to replace. Free breakfast was outsourced to third party outside of hotel. It was sufficient, but not "tasty" so we passed on it our second day.

Hotel staff was friendly and pleasant. There is no elevator to the second floor on this property and we thought it was odd that there were two separate buildings. That said, the room was clean, spacious and recently renovated. The heat was not working in our room. It wasn't a huge deal for us as it really wasn't that cold outside and we just wanted to run the chill out of the room. Breakfast was the standard fare but in another separate building where you had to show your room key in order to eat. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

Staff was nice. Liked the fact that the room was large and quiet.

Really enjoyed the breakfast experience. It was close by and the couple of people working the day we were there were so friendly and competent. The hotel stay was also good.
