Hotel is close to city center. Breakfast is not so good. Hotel amenities are low standard for the price. From Reception refused to issue any receipt or invoice for my stay. They never pick up the phone neither answer to my mail. Totally disappointed.

The room itself was nice, however the air conditioning was terrible. We told the reception and they said they’d send someone up but never did. I asked again on our last night and the receptionist came up and said they’d fixed it, when we came back from our evening meal the room was 27 degrees! When I asked to change rooms as we had barely slept our whole stay their attitude was terrible. The pool was also out of service 2/3 days we were there. A real shame as if the staff had been nicer and more helpful it could have all been a more pleasant experience

Comfortable stay good location friendly staff.

Property was fine, not great. Location was central but a little outside.

A clean and tidy hotel with nice refurbished rooms less than 10 minutes walk from the station. There are no real bar facilities available for a pre dinner drink at the hotel. There is a bar but it had no beer and no wine during our stay. Breakfast was a decent selection of the usual pastries, other continental breakfast items and decent coffee.

It’s the second time I stayed at this hotel; it’s conveniently located, walking distance to main attainder the port.

What we did not like: Bathroom has nowhere to hang wet towels and bathrobes, we can see the hooks behind the door were removed; the toilet needs a good scrub, colored stains can be seen near the bottom of the bowl - probably water stain? What we liked - the room is very spacious, the bed linens are clean and very comfortable, we also liked the soft pillows. We were able to rest very well. And we also appreciate the very gracious and friendly staff.

Great location and hotel within easy walking distance of both the marina / harbour and rugby stadium

The clerk at the desk Mohammed was very accommodating. I would recommend this property.

It was okay for a night. Nothing bad nothing too special. Breakfast okay

We booked this hotel as a quick stopover during a road trip. We paid for an upgraded room, with a king bed, so we could ensure a non-smoking room (the more basic room said that a non-smoking room could not be guaranteed). When we got to our room, the room clearly smelled of smoke and we had not been given the upgraded room we paid for. After complaining to the front desk, we received a new room, which was still not the upgraded room we paid for, and the room smelled heavily of perfume being used to mask an odour. Thank god we only had to stay one night in this hotel. I would not recommend it for any reason. Aside from the smell, which was also present throughout the hallways, this hotel wasn’t in a great location.

Convenient for rail station. In a quiet area within easy walking distance of marina and city centre.Staff very friendly.

Hotel car park ( 12 euros per night) is narrow if you have a larger car, places outside hotel preferable and free. Hotel clean , recently refurbished, and beds comfortable, except for pillows, although note in room says you can ask for different pillows. Breakfast is excellent, we felt worth the extra expense. Hotel is easy walking distance to central Toulon and port and train station areas.

We stayed there only one night, it was à relay before Avignon so it was ok, restaurant around are rare we were able to have a hot microwave lunch after 19:00 thanks.

The hotel was easy to find as it was well sign posted. We managed to park at the front of the hotel which was free. The check in was quick and smooth. The room was well equipped if a little tired. There were plenty of sun loungers by the pool but it wasn’t easy to get a drink. We went to the bar twice before staff finally appeared. Unfortunately the hotel was in a very nosy position and neither of us got a wink of sleep. There were numerous emergency vehicles passing during the night.

The hotel itself is very nice and clean, and the staff are friendly - including people in the restaurant. But the surrounding area is not very nice.

The hotel is clean and tidy with friendly staff. Some of the corridors need a refresh but the room we had was modern and clean with an up to date bathroom. The restaurant is fresh and the food at breakfast provided with good variety.
