El Cid Moro needs to remodel. It’s so outdated and old. Needs improvement on cleaning. Customer service is alright i guess Not all employees are friendly. Definitely not returning to this place.

I felt we were very misled. The picture showed a very large swimming pool. The time we were there at the swimming pool was under construction, which is absolutely unbelievable. We should’ve been notified of that. I felt that the elevators were very dirty. The property is very dated and our Sweet had two bathrooms in one of the bathroom toilets totally leaked when flushing.. we ended up staying one night out of 9 and checking to another resort

The check in was really hectic , the main pool was going through “maintenance “ so it was closed, the had an additional pool for hundreds of people The staff was rude.

Pool was under construction and we weren't notified before. To check in it took about 2 hours.

The all inclusive is good but some of the front end staff can be rude and not so helpful. Rooms need to be renovated including the beds are old and not comfortable. While one of the pools is being remodeled you need to go no a sister hotel to obtain towels and I see that as inconvenience for the guest. Restaurants are good and the staff is really nice.

Seems a bit overpriced but location is great if you are in for a convention. Get ready to tip for a lot of things. If you are a gym rat, it's facilities are great for a hotel.

We booked a suite and there was a slight smell of dampness in the room. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable.

Room was nice, staff super friendly, location excellent…could work on the food but overall everything was excellent.

El Cid moro and the other Cid hotels are the best places to stay in Mazatlán

The suit was amazing. We had two bathrooms and a huge living room with an amazing view.

Staff support lacking. Rooms and facilities were filthy. Furniture around fifty years old. Mattress like sleeping on the wire springs. Cockroaches climbing up bathroom and kitchenette walls. Pungent smell to all linen and towels. For the costs of staying here not worth it at all.
