Clean room and spacious room. Check in staff. VanShuttle and boat shuttle between facilities works really well.The view.

Wonderful one bedroom unit with a great view. Very clean- maids come 2x per day. Added all-invlusive. Good is very good and you have access to all restaurants in the El Cid Maxatlan resorts. We will be back

We had a very time at this hotel. We had the Elite package, booked through Expedia and was not sure what to expect. Well our expectations were above and beyond what we thought. So this review is based on that. We had no balcony in our room so moved to a room with a balcony with no problem. So nice overlooking the Marina and watching the catch each day coming in. The food from the menus was exceptional, and being able to go to all El Cid resorts and order anything (included with Elite), also get top end alcohol and use of services at all 4 resorts made our 2 week stay anything but boring. We enjoyed both pool areas and we also loved the beach. All the staff at the hotel and the restaurants were very nice and attentive, including the ones at the beach area. No one bothered us for timeshare which was nice. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing peaceful holiday, and would recommend the elite package, as I think it would be a lot different without it (the food on the menu was not cheap if you had to pay). The bed were comfy and lots of pillow options (they have a pillow menu) and the room was cleaned well. The room we had are traditional Mexican style which is fine for us and came with a full fridge and kitchen. We met lots of people who had time shares and come back every year. So a great holiday, I would come back if i was booking the Elite package, it is well worth it. Thank you El Cid Marina Beach Hotel!!

The room, the food, the staff, the amenities, the atmosphere was all spectacular. We had an amazing time!

This was our third trip to this resort. We noticed small things that were not as great as previous visits. Housekeeper was not as diligent about cleaning and emptying garbage baskets, etc., but not enough to make an issue of it. The office, front desk, bell, dining room staff were excellent and accommodating at all times. The people are why we love El Cid Marina Beach.

The staff in general was very attentive. The waiters were not, well just a few. Most of them took care of us expecting a big tip. Place was clean, and very comfortable, the food was good.

Armando and Valerio and the entire Staff were Wonderful. always out performing themselves, I stay here frequently and it's never a Miss. Always on point the staff and management are always courteous and the security of everyone seems to be very important to them
