Property is not a 4 star property. It is tired looking and bedrooms need an update. Not impressed with the mould around the bath and definitely not for a 4 star hotel.

Nice hotel ... possibly in need of some tlc .. but nice fiendly staff, ..good breakfasts.. and nice room onto the interior atrium

Visited to attend an event on the island . Staff extremely helpful. Food was excellent . Room was exactly what we needed

The position of the hotel is fantastic but this is absolutely not a 4star hotel The decor is very dated especially the rooms, the sofa and curtains very very much past their acceptable condition, the smell of the kitchen came into the room everyday. The lifts were the slowest I have ever experienced! The staff are nice and breakfast was good but I’m afraid that doesn’t make it any better than a 3 star at best.

The hotel is a beautiful work of architecture, the atrium was very pleasant, and the staff was absolutely helpful and sweet in every way. I definitely want to come back!!!

would highly recommend staying at the sefton we stayed in the atrium room which were very spoacius and comfortable bathroom was very good with walk in shower affording instant hot water large quuen bed with a firm mattress which suited our needs also a balcony which overlooked the indoor garden breakfast was excellent with buffet style menu food was tasty and always hot all the staff were very helpful and freindly especially sammie on reception will definitely stay again on our next visit

The room was good and the balcony over the internal atrium was nice.

Was in a refurbished Atrium room. Was comfortable and fresh. However furniture table on balcony had bad cup stains which was a bit of a let down. Atruims currently being refurbished The hotel seems a bit dated in all as most of these grand hotels. Some Atrium balconies could do with a fresh coat of paint or a good scrub. Breakfast good selection as similar to most hotels I’ve stayed in but some hot selections not to my taste though. Asian restaurant inside was good and has a fine menu. Didn’t use Norman bar though. Hotel situated in right place on promenade with walking distance to tram or steam train and buses regularly outside.

Great hotel that has some really good recent refurbs, great hotel bar and food and entertainment, breakfast as always fabulous 👌 We stayed in an Atrium room, lovely, would recommend 👍

Room was very dated but comfy. Shower didn’t work.

I was staying on my own for business, they looked after me so well, nothing was too much trouble

We had a great room. Nice and warm. Great bed and pillows.. Buffet breakfast excellent. We went off season and managed to use the pool, which is an unusual design and only 6 people allowed in the pool at same time so not sure how useful in the summer. We were with family - 6 of us, so we had pool to ourselves and the children loved it.

Stayed in the older part of the hotel which was a little run down, but we had a spacious room, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, lovely view from the restaurant. Great location and staff really helpful.

Close to center of town

Very friendly staff, private, quiet swimming pool. Very comfortable room with see view.
