The room was clean and very spacious. The bed was amazing and so nice to have options for pillows and not just huge puffy ones

I have stayed in over a dozen Edmonton hotels. I have found my favorite!

Our stay at Doubletree Hilton Hotel West Edmonton was very good. The service from the moment we entered until we left was exceptional. We had three meals in the restaurant and the staff were very kind, polite, and helpful with additional requests. The food was very delicious. A great selection for both the breakfast lunch smorgasboard. Nice variety on the dinner menu. The room was clean and tidy. The warm chocolate chip cokkies were a real treat. Overall a very pleasant experience! Thank you!

Stayed during a cold snap in Edmonton. Having problems with heat. Hall way was cold in the tower. Only has a pool no hot tub. Rooms are dated.

Front desk staff (Dan, I think his name was, was great), but the room wasn’t very clean and the toilet had a very distinct smell of urine, which leads me to believe the room wasn’t properly cleaned prior to us. Dinner at the restaurant was great and our server was amazing. Disappointing that the cleanliness of the room wasn’t up to par.

Always enjoy our stay at the Doubletree. The room is clean, it's close to shopping and restaurants in the west end. The room is comfortable, although the beds are getting a bit worn in that a person seems to feel they're about to roll into the middle on some or off the side on others.

Staff were amazing and friendly, also extremely helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious.

Room was great, warm cookies upon check in won over my kids, pool was okay but a little cool, no hot tub. Breakfast was fantastic, room was clean, everything was great!

King suite is well-appointed and spotless. Front desk personnel is very friendly and courteous. Will definitely come back here again.

Clean room, great welcome, perfect room for accessibility, love the newly renovated rooms. Breakfast buffet is very disappointing for the price. Should be included or improve the buffet.
