I stayed 5 nights and my room was not made up once. My coffee maker did not work and I asked about it several times. My Credit card now has been charged twice. This is the second time that this has happened at this hotel. The heat in the hotel was not working. The breakfast room Juice machine and pancake machines were not working.

Didn’t get the room i reserved. Then was given a key to a room with someone in it already. Then the room we ended up with had 2 double beds and one bed had a slanted mattress. It was very cold in the room too where we had to sleep with our sweats on. Dirty and out dated too.

What a disgusting hotel. Doors chewed, wallpaper peeling. Filthy, dirty bedding. Moldy bathroom that smells of sewage. The manager is a grumpy piece of work that hates her life and doesn't realize she's in the customer service industry. Do yourself a favor don't stay here.

Room was very clean. Bathroom very clean except the shower tiles had been regrouted many times so that it looked very unpleasant. I chose not to use it.The room was very cold, about 60 F. I am from MN so I know. The hallways and lobby were even colder. Staff were wearing jackets. Manager was not available on two occasions I asked. .Room not available when I checked in at 3:30. Waited 30 minutes for it in the cold lobby. BTW it was 0 fahrenheit outside. I asked a maid who happened to be cleaning next door to help me turn on heat on my room. She had to crawl underneath a fixed piece of furniture to turn it on. not available when I checked in at 3:30 so

When we got there the room was extremely cold, the heat wasnt even turned on and the room was reading 6°C. Turned the heater up to max (35°C) and the room never got warmer than 16°C. We were traveling with an infant as well so the room temp was not ideal at all. Breakfast was also severely lacking. Only options were bagels and toast. No coffee or milk for the cereal. Lobby compeltely smelled like marijuana as well. Was not at all happy with our stay.

Bathroom was old and dated room was ok pillows were terrible breakfast was not open at 6 like stated and when asked they made excuses

Pool was closed, lied about having breakfast open for 6am, rude staff, not a clan building, looked like it was falling apart, cleaning people somehow made it more dirty with hair in the tub

Room was okay mold in shower hotel quite run down

Great staff, clean rooms

First, The pool is not working, if its not working they should advise its not available. 2. Bathtub is clog. 3. Aircon and heat is not working well

Staff was great. The room was awful. Super cold and took several hours to warm up with heat on full blast. Ordered a king room and once I arrived they told me they only had a double room. Blankets was super thin so I froze all night. Worst hotel condition experience I've ever encountered.

The room was decent but every spring on the mattress you can feel

Remote is not working with TV. Was given a other remote, still not working. No one is available to assist, so I have to manyally turn tv on and off a d adjudt channels. A bit upset, as I want to waych TV in bed.

The only thing I did not enjoy was a text message sent at 8ham…

We arrived at the very hotel very late. We had called Dad to tell them that we would have a late check in the concierge at the desk. Could barely speak English. Made it very hard to communicate. When we finally got to our room we did a room check like we do at every hotel. When we opened the drawers of the desk we found all sorts of drug paraphernalia in another drawer was a rubber band to tie off their arms and other drawer had 10 to 15 caffeine packets and other drug paraphernalia We quickly grabbed our things and went down to the desk and complain about the situation. The concierge immediately got us another room without even a blink to acknowledge what we had told him. We got up to the next room. There are two lights in the room, one over the front door and this standard standing lamp which had no knob to turn it on leaving us with hardly any light going into the washroom. The toilet had somebody's previous deposit sitting in it which to me means rooms weren't clean nearly as good as they should have been You may want to think twice about staying here

Everything is perfect and couldn't ask any better.

First room we were in was right next door to a room that the door had been kicked in with a sign taped on the door saying it was under surveillance!!! Moved to a different room it was terrible carpets dirty walls dirty wall paper peeling, dark dingy. Sofa bed had cigarette burns in it. Nightstand had burns all over. Tub gross! Stains like someone dyed their hair. Over all disgusting.
