The only complaint was the breakfast doesn't live up to the standard of the hotel

I think this is a very low budget place. The rooms were old. The appliances were old. The bedding was really old and very pilly. The towels were dingy grey in colour. But they smelled clean. I came back to the hotel and found my room had been left open all day long by the cleaning staff. When I say open, I mean open to anyone walking by the room. I had to check to make sure non of our belongings were stolen and the manager of the motel had to review camera footage to ensure no one entered our room. This was very scary and alarming. The Manager shared that they hired youth from the local YMCA to clean and they left the door open accidentally. I was shocked to hear this because they didn’t clean the room that day. The garbages were still full and we had no towels. He said the youth were training. Several other guests also experienced the same things we did and they were worried about their belongings as well. This place needs to upgrade things immediately. During our stay, the temperature was 35-40degrees outside. The room ac would cool the room down but leave everything very moist. It was a difficult stay for me and my family.

Only 2 very small pillows on both queen beds. Complimentary breakfast was a joke. Waffle machine broken, only toast, no lids for coffee. I was there at 8 am. Stayed there partially for the breakfast. I'd give them a 5 out of 10

The room does not look like the pics on the website. The room was filthy, bedding was stained, rug was dirty. Its sad I put myself to stay at this place. If I knew the rooms were stinky and not clean, I would never stayed. I would've left but I couldn't afford to loose out on the money for the room. Im traveling. I will not be back to rent again. The A/C was loud. Rug felt wet, damp. This was disgusting, the chair had a hole in it.

Room was clean staff was polite , property showing age some renovations are being performed. Continental breakfast was very disappointing and very limited for options . Still reasonable price for stay and clean !

Filthy windows, fridge didn't work, garbage in the room, under the bed, hair in the shower (a lot of hair), sticky table tops, poor selection for the "continental" breakfast. I texted my requests to the sms service as instructed with no reply at all.

Great stay in Sudbury Nice, clean, and tidy rooms. Location is super convenient and easily accessible for travellers. Check-in was smooth and the staff gave us good service. Great value for money. Would stay here again!

Dirty sheets asked for new set of sheets had to go to are car and get are travel throw blanket stains on the lamps not at all clean rooms , shower curtain all crusty limited parking as big trailers were taking up 5 to 7 parking spots . If ur looking for a place to just sleep on a budget but its no place to go to relax will not be staying there again and 1 more thing boxed 24 hrs in advance cancelled a night literally 15 mins after booking and was charged 1 nights stay for cancellation $124 breakfest sucks run down place definitely low budget half a star if i could

The restaurant was very good nere the motel

July 31 1 night stay. Was ok. Easy check in. Parking lot kinda sketchy but ok. Rooms okay, clean nothing fancy. Good AC, Bathroom was clean. Didn't have breakfast- looked pretty basic. Overall pretty decent for a budget hotel.

This motel is quite clean but getting outdated. However it was priced fairly and we enjoyed our stay.

Staff were very friendly and the hotel worked for us - family travelling across the country and needing a place to stay.

Needs updating on the outside and inside fresh coat of paint and a/c needs to be serviced for better results

The hotel itself is fine. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and ac worked well. The staff was friendly and did give us extra towels and pillows when asked. The main reasons for the lower review is two things. 1. They only wash the towels and sheets every 3 days. So if you're staying for a 2 night stay, you recieve no housekeeping. I.e- no making the beds, no fresh towels, no chaning garbages or updating toiletries. 2. Their "continental breakfast" is just cereal, waffels, plain toast, yogurt and bananas. No protien at all. They also dont offer hot water for tea. So as far as "amenities" go, there are none. So if you dont need breakfast and are just using the room for sleep, this is a great option for you. Was a little more affordable then othe options nearby.

odd smells, likely drugs all in one wing of the hotel. I was not impressed the the hotel know to place users in the same wing

Staff very helpful, there were no drinking cups or ice bucket in the room and we had to ask for them. Instead of real glass we were given paper cups. Continental breakfast was the worst I have ever seen, ending up eating elsewhere. Tv not working. Side chair cushion was completely worn through, manager was alerted.
