I like the breakfast menu the waitress are nice,The receptionist was attentive and respectful

My dogs and I enjoyed our stay, the staff was very friendly, for the price the room was fair. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the electrical outlets are still the two prong type one and not the three type ones. I had asked for an adapter at the reception, but to my dismay they didn’t have any. I couldn’t advance my home office work, but nevertheless still enjoyed my stay.

An older hotel and it shows a bit. On a noisey but conviennent street. Easy city bus access and lots of great restaurants and street food around. Acceptable wifi. Great front desk staff, thank-you Rebecca. Nice mexican style breakfasts.

There were cockroaches and ants in the room , some of the light didn’t work in the bathroom. A/C unit didn’t cool the whole room. Bed was extremely hard due to the bottom being plywood instead of a box spring. Toilet was constantly getting clogged. The whole building didn’t have A/C in certain areas.

Las instalaciones son viejas y poco mantenidas, humedad en las paredes, cortinas viejas, la vista de la ventana del baño da a un área llena de excremento de aves, el lobby sin aire acondicionado, etc.

Three nights stay, didn’t have cleanex and low on toilet paper, didn’t change towels etc

El servicio de Internet fue limitado, condicionado a la hora de salida del hotel ,interfirio con el desempeño de algunas funciones de mi trabajo. Poco cuidado en las instalaciones de la habitación.

This is a very old Hotel in desperate need of maintenance and remodeling. Three times we had to switch rooms. The first one was small and very uncomfortable, the second one's shower door didn't work and couldn't be fixed and the third one had a leak coming from the ceiling into a chair, overall the hotel and the rooms looked dirty, the furniture is damaged, out of two tiny elevators only one worked. The staff was nice though.They tried to help.
