Dirty linens, room stunk like mildew, pool out of order until further notice, no hot water in shower, screws sticking out of the wall right at knee height

The sheets was clean but has lots lint balls, thry might need change there new one. And the dryer of our room was broken, good thing my wife brought her own.

I put my technician in this hotel over 10 times and every time he says he loves it.
The employees treat them well. They know by name.
I asked if he wants a different hotel room and he tells me. Nope. Send me to La Quinta on Hillsborough (West of I-95)

This place was disgusting. Moldy smell everywhere. I had an infant and 3 other children. I was not keeping them there. I went to the desk to tell them I wanted to cancel and they became very rude and refused to give me any proof of cancellation and began screaming at me and my family. I am still

Everything was okay but I did seee bed bugs and I’m not so proud of that this my second time staying I didn’t have thst problem the first visit now I’m having problems and I actually took pic of the bed bug the front seat say it’s nun they can do about it but just let the ppl know who cleaning

Absolutely mo customer service.
I put the wrong dates for my stay , 5 min laters i have reached out to them to change the dates or a refund, but they took my money and wanted me to pay for my rescheduled dates

The room I had was strangely situated at the end of the hall in a corner, the entire floor smelled like cleaner and pet odor but I was ok with that since I was traveling with my 6lb Maltipoo. The sink normally in the bathroom was in the entryway next to a small closet area across from the fridge and microwave. The luggage stand was broken and lopsided took it to the desk and the lady sarcastically accused me of breaking it I had only been there long enough to get into the room. The AC didn’t cool the room enough and the hot water didn’t work even letting it run for several minutes. The last straw was receiving a phone call ten minutes after I left the room the next morning to go get coffee 1/2 block away. Allegedly my dog was so disruptive that several guests complained about her whining. I let the lady know that I had only been gone a few minutes and was on the way back, which is when we really get to it that she forgot to charge me the pet fee. Charge it and check me out please this hotel is neither pet nor human friendly go to the one on the other side of I-95.

The rooms we booked were full of black mold. Had to be switched. No television, remote wouldnt work and offered no solution besides sorry. Run from the place. Dont ever book here. Jen, the morning desk person was the rudest customer service rep ever. Observed her talking down to breakfast staff person as well as talking over me when i tried explaining my situation. P.S. They said they would send housekeeping to clean the mold. What a joke. What about the source being dirty window a.c. unit? How does housekeeping clean it? Joke

This was a very affordable stay with a pool so I had low expectations. While the staff was very friendly they couldn't make up for the terrible musty smell in the halls and even worse in the room...almost unbearable.
To top it off the pool was closed during our stay. We will not be returning.

For the money, it is better than hotels at the same price. I would stay there again. Loved having a really good Wawa across the street. Got Slushies, coffee, meals, etc.
