The hotel was Very Nice in all the aspects . 100% recomendable .

The breakfast menu was excellent, the staff attention was unique and personalized. We sense that the attendances really care for the customers and ready to any particular suggestions. I was in Bogotá for a dental procedure, and was a delicate situation; and all staff without exception were very attentive, and they cook to my needs in this particular situation. I can't name everyone but Vanessa , Juliana, Julian, Daniel, Andres, Luis, Carlos, all of them become like family. We appreciate the nice attention we got . Thank you . The staff were very friendly and kind. The food and overall service were excellent, clean and tidy facilities. My only complaints are with the level of noise heard inside the room and the room amenities that could be improved as well. Despite reserving the room for two people we were told only one cup of coffee/tea was allowed per room and there were no bathrobes available, something simple that can make the experience even better.

Bar Tender makes the best lattes. Excellent service. we really enjoyed our days in Bogota.

al llegar ayer al hotel a registrar a mi esposa que es claramente mayor de edad cerca de 50 años, informo que le habian hurtado la cedula y no permitieron se identificara con otro ID o el denuncio, el manager gritando diciendome que la culpa era mia y que no podia hospedarme pues debis aser con la cediula le dije que enyonces me hicieran la devolución del dinero y me dijo que de malas pero que eso no era posible pedi el reembolso del IVA y ese que eran solo 50,000 pesaoso si me lo hizo pero perdi el donero, habia dejado el vejhiculo en el parqueadero del hotel y cuando iba a bajar con mi señora me dijo que lla no podia ingresar al parqueadero que debia esperarme en la calle, Lastima esas reglas, lasrima ese administrador ademas mal preesentado , los celadores amenazantes en fin Pesimno servio no volvere y por supuesto recomensdre a todo el mundo a tarves d elas redes y agencias d eturismo no utilizar ese hotel . gracias Fernando salgado pueden verificar en cuantos hoteles en el mundo me he quedado y este es el ujnico en donde recibi este trato

No hot water in a city like bogota is unacceptable. Mentioned this the night before at the front desk and nothing was done. Leaving at 6, and requested a breakfast box that was not ready

Great stay as usual, excellent staff and very attentive with guests. Highly recommended.

The room was clean and the staff was polite and very helpful. The bathrooms could benefit from some sprucing up, some of the tiles are missing a bit of grout but everything was clean. The breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of choices

We had to change room just before midnight due to a roof leak into our room after a heavy rainstorm. Although we made the move, I expected the staff to be much more proactive, particularly since we had to get out of bed just before midnight, pack our scattered belongings and move to a new room. There was a lack of any real compassion expressed , which surprised me. I expected more. It didn’t seem to bother them that we had been terribly inconvenienced.
