Was great hotel

Lovely location for visiting the city. Great breakfast. Wonderful staff. Just be careful to listen to the instructions on parking - I went to the wrong location and it cost me $200 in fines!

Hotel is great - location is awesome, staff is really helpful. I missed air conditioning, but I was aware of it and that's not an issue with this hotel, but most accommodations in Denmark.

The hotel is very conveniently located. They try their best to welcome kids with little presents and a shop for them to select toys. They have a nice pool table and board games in the lounges. We were very pleased with our stay.

The stay was fantastic! The service was excellent, the rooms were just right and much bigger than I expected, and the breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had in my life. I will definitely stay here next time we’re in Odense!

Great location. Excellent staff. Small but fun bar area with great staff. I would definately stay here again. They had a Casino - which I thought would be loud, but it was very quiet. There is a slight cigarette stale smell in areas of the hotel ... but not that bothersome. Again, I would stay again.

No cleaning. Thin bath towels, no body lotion. Not much light in the room. Very bare bonesand too expensive for the service and quality.

Bathroom in our room needed a clean especially the basin. Toilet cistern had a large crack across the top. Overhead shower was blocked and leaking from the side. Room in general needs updating.. very poor lighting. Lounge area and restaurant were fantastic and the staff were very helpful.

Property was nice and good location. However cleanliness wasn't great - when we checked into our room I found hairs from previous occupants in the shower on the wall and the floor which is poor. Breakfast was ok but very busy and it was hard to find a table to sit at at peak times, even though you had to put your name down for what time you would be attending breakfast. Staff were friendly.

One of my new favourite hotels. Very charming, old yet modern, a wonderful atmosphere and very lovely staff. Breakfast is also fab.

Convenient location between the main station and the rest of the museums/attractions. The bathroom had heated floors and rooms looked recently renovated. You could tell the elevator was a bit older, but still functioned properly. Breakfast had a good variety.

Great downtown location. Good breakfast buffet at no additional cost. Clean and modern. Good beds. No complaints!

Generally an ok hotel, 4 things let the hotel down. 1. Very limited breakfast. 2. No staff on the small bar, after waiting 20min even after asking at reception which is only 5m away but they would not serve me it had to be a waiter. 3. Very noisy lifts which clanged and banged. 4. Parking is a good distance away and expensive. Expensive hotel given above factors.

The hotel is in a convenient location, walkable to the sites and near a pay parking lot. Front desk was friendly and helpful. The room itself was slightly small with no overhead lights, only small sconces. There was also no main trash can, only a small one in the bathroom. We were hoping the HC Andersen quotes on each door would be carried into the room decor, however the room was barely decorated and could have used some updating. Wi-Fi was spotty and kept going in and out. The bed was large with multiple pillows. Blankets were individual comforters. Temperature control was not allowed. The rooms were not soundproof, but it wasn't too loud. The bathroom was small but had available amenities. Water was hot but water pressure was lower than average. Breakfast included waffles, eggs, meats and cheeses, fruit, and breads.
