Stay for four days and really not enjoy and memorable at all. Disappointing at it best. For a five stars, the service is very low, most of the staffs have communications barrier - can't speak english well, so a lot miss communications happened. Everything have to be asked with dragging conversation, such as: have to ask mineral water everyday, cleaning the room, toiletries and towel. Just find out that they also didn't change the bedsheet, because they say that it didn't change everyday basis, although it was already smelly. The taste of the food is also so so, very limited variants for such a five stars hotels, and almost all are pork, very limited chicken (only 1 variant) and no beef at all. They offer an upgrade to M club level, and I paid for 7000 bath, what they said initially that I can do breakfast, lunch and dinner at anytime 24 hours, turn out when we tried for dinner, my son got kick out with very arrogant by the waitress said children is not allow at this executive floor due to alcohol drinks that they can offer. When I ask where to find a good restaurant, this woman just said, just looking around in this hotel madam. With very unpleasant and annoying look. And when I call to cancel my reservation at the excutive M club, they transferred me from one person to another, and finally they promise to follow up by sending an email cancellation, but never happened until my last day, check out, than I need to ask and repeat again. So much of communications breakdown. I am sorry but I have really bad memories and experience, for a 5 stars hotel, I think this is unacceptable.
