Good room with nice view

Room #601 was a beautiful room with an excellent big terrace balcony with gorgeous views

We enjoyed our stay

The best thing about this hotel is location. In the center of all only 2 blocks from the beach. I would definitely stay again as a result. Otherwise this should be a 3 star hotel. Rooms are very small and outdated. Hotel also offers no parking even paid.

Great location, nice hotel

Wonderful room. Balcony in sight of the Med and just off the best shopping street in Cannes. But room was quiet even though it was St Patrick’s Day.

We loved room 601.

Very good location and overall a very nice hotel. We were placed facing the street (despite asking for a quieter room) right across from a late night bar. We also were placed in a room for individuals with disabilities, which means there was no shower or curtain and the bathroom became soaked. Minor inconveniences, but they dampened our overall enthusiasm for the room.

3 nights stay. Very clean . Staff helpful , room is small but well appointed for storage ,bed comfortable . Great location if arriving by train and want to enjoy the Croisette . Would stay again . Did not buy the breakfast as many nice restaurants and cafes in area

The front desk representative was very nice and helpful. The hotel is super central( everything is minutes away)to the train station (7 minutes walk) and the famous La Croisette ( 4 minutes walk). The beaches is just 5 minutes by walking . The only downside the room is a bit small.

This building is bedrooms with a single receptionist. No amenities, bar or breakfast room. A bedroom delivery breakfast service was €20 for pastries and 1 coffee (no cappuccino option). Incredibly expensive. Probably bussed in from outside. How has it got 4 stars without any services???? Nowhere on the listings does it state there is no bar, dining or other common rooms. I’m astonished and would not have booked at £400 !!!! per night for just a bedroom. Aircon very sluggish at 19 degrees unchangeable. Towels for only one person. Coffee machine capsules given out by begging the lady sitting at the desk one at a time. I am completely disappointed and can’t believe it has 4 stars??? For what. Someone please inform me.

The staff were very disorganized. They first gave me a room and when I opened the door, there someone already staying in there. They seemed unbothered by this and then after waiting another 30 mins, they gave me another room but with the wrong bed type. I had booked a room with a queen bed and I they give me a room with two single beds. They seemed completely flustered and disorganized and had no proper management.

This is a 3 star property. Tiny lobby with one person reception who collected payment for entire stay at check-in. Small room and bathroom with corner shower barely wide enough to turn around in; narrow twin beds although comfortable. AC fine. Wifi fine. Small lift. Reserved two rooms which they gave on two different floors. Only one water bottle in room, extra charge if wanted more. Breakfast not worth it for 20 Euro; take it if free but otherwise eat out. Excellent location with shops and restaurants. Note that the hotel entrance is on the side street which is pedestrian only but only 20 feet from the main street Rue Antibes where you will need to get dropped off and walk to entrance. This is the main shopping street in Cannes covered with shops and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the waterfront.

The service at the reception staff was above my expectations. A room upgrade was confirmed at check in, perfect start to the stay !
