The original room I got was not cleaned properly. The front dest staff Trinity took great care of me and rectified the issue swiftly and satisfactorily! New building is lovely. Room was spacious and clean. Well maintained and will stay here again.

I paid $1099.99 days before my arrival, when I got there they claimed not to have a king smoking that I had booked, still gave me a king and handed me a cup for an ashtray. the sink stopped up 2 days after I was there and remained that way after I had reported it, I had to use the vanity sink , did not have a comforter on the bed and the toilet seat was off track. all that money for 1 week and I haven't received any points for use towards a future stay.
