Floors were sticking and filthy dirty. Room Coffee pot doesn't work. No shampoo in dispenser. Room chairs were filthy and stained.

Clogged shower, swollen base boards, dirty floors. Carpet stains throughout facility. Walls with strains.

Staff very welcoming. Quiet and clean. Would recommend to stay

I enjoy coming to this hotel everytime i come to bellingham for work, i do think it needs a couple upgrades but overall a great stay and very accommodating

Good location and convenient

We absolutely loved the bed - so comfortable. We requested a rollaway when we made the reservation and they never could confirm that we would get one when we checked in. Never did get one.

The pool is FREEZING Jacuzzi doesn’t work Eggs were horrible

The fridge froze all our food and had no knob to adjust the temperature, there was no toilet paper dispenser, the shower didn’t drain, the bathroom light wouldn’t stay on, there was no decaf coffee, the coffee maker in the room didn’t work very well, nobody cleaned our room the entire three days we were there

Says pet friendly how ever upon arrival our room was down graded the room was small smelled like dog urine stained room was dirty and very small

Hotel is not being taken care of. Very rundown. Would not stay here again!

This was our rescue hotel from a terrible night at a different local location. It was exactly what we needed
