The staff was an amazing! So helpful and polite.

Great location, great staff! Only thing that i didnt like is that there is gymn next to it and you will hear very loud noise/bang from 6am onwoards. Make sure you stay on 5th Floor! 1st to 3rd floor should be never.

The location was close to transportation and the Louvre. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again.

What I have liked is mentioned above.All was well except for the size of the room and the size of the beds.I guess that as a single person it would have been ok,but as I asked for a twin bedded room,they have split the room emphasising its very small size,I was very disappointed having stayed there previously on my own and being given a very large room.Had the person I was meeting not arrived before me and unpack,I would have requested a larger room.

There is a gym next door, if you have trouble sleeping this is not for you. Make sure you aren’t on the side of the hotel that is combined with it. As with any other typical French establishment people are very rude. The hotel certainly what I expected but it was clean and I was only there to sleep and that’s it. The medicine ball workout the fitness gurus were doing sounded fun and intense. I have no trouble sleeping through it but that’s my disclaimer above. Breakfast is not breakfast so don’t pay the 25 euros per person. There are many places close to have 4-5 star dining. The pizza across the street is the best pizza my family has ever had

Great area of the City. Rooms are clean, and kept up. The website signals a different class of service/offering, than is the reality, however. This is absolutely a 3 star hotel, and the pictures on the website make it appear to be more higher end than it actually is. We booked a suite, and were quite disappointed to find it was a duplex with a super-steep spiral staircase, and bathroom facilities only on the upper floor (which meant our young children had to climb dangerous steps each time they want to go to the bathroom or wash their hands, etc). Some indication of that from the staff at check-in or before would have been appreciated, as we would have stayed elsewhere.

The only problem we have faced is the abnormal noise coming from the Gym which is close to the hotel and disturbs us daily up to 9 pm. This matter should be addressed or at least do not take rooms at first floor who h is close and beside the Gym

Excellent location and central to museums, restaurants, shopping and so much more. Reasonably priced hotel given the area. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were all polite. I highly recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

We stayed at the Hotel Daunou Opera for 2 nights in November 2024. The hotel is located just a couple of blocks from the Opera House, the Opera Metro station and a few minutes' walk to other metro stations. A short 13-15 min walk to the Louvre and you can easily keep going to other areas near the river, which is very nice. We requested a room with 2 twin beds. It was somewhat small but livable. It seems to have been recently remodeled, everything was modern, clean and very nice. We had a small balcony overlooking the street, the bathroom was very clean and also modern in all that was in it. One complaint I read before booking was the shower, which has the half glass instead of a curtain or door, and it makes it so the floor outside inevitably gets wet when you shower. It's inconvenient but it was not a huge deal, we just used an extra towel to put down on the floor. The elevator was being serviced when we arrived so we had to go up to the 4th floor via the stairs, but the guy who checked us in (can't recall his name) was extremely helpful about it and insisted on carrying our two heavier suitcases, which made it much easier for two tired travelers. Elevator was fixed by the time we came back down about a hour later. The only negative thing I can say is that there is a good amount of noise from a pub across the narrow street from the hotel. People talking loudly while smoking outside of the pub up until 2am could be heard from our room. Beware if you're a light sleeper.

Checked in. Got a key. Went to my room. Found already people in the room. Rather than exchanging my room. Or at least upgrading it. They forced me to stay in the same room. Not recommended. Never again.

The staff and manager were outstanding. They were very helpful and accommodating in every aspect of our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Convenient location Considering staying there again if we travel back to Paris

Very nice spacious room and bathroom with high end fixtures. Great location and our room was very quiet. Bed was a bit firm for our older bones, but minor issue. We’ll definitely stay here again when next in Paris.

The Good: • Clean and refurbished room * Very comfortable Bed * quiet room no road traffic * 24 hour reception desk and friendly service * great loct, close to Restaurants, metro, restaurants and laundry The Bad: * Very small room * the toilet is wedged between the shower and a wall making it very uncomfortable going to the toilet * Fridge didn’t work Overall is was an great hotel to stay at and would recommend

The only thing was that the WiFi in our room wasn’t connecting properly

Absolutely loved this hotel. The location is great for walkable sightseeing and has metro stations really close by. We only really booked it as somewhere to sleep while we visited for the Olympics but it was so lovely. The decor and styling were excellent. It was very clean with excellent house-keeping. The breakfast was delicious and reasonable (my child ate for free) and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely return and recommend.
