Upgraded room but bathroom was still aged but overall a good stay. Would recommend.

Received a bag breakfast to go. Wifi was not operational by our room.

You literally get what you paid. The room was okay but the light fixtures were full of bugs and their “breakfast” was a bag full of sugar. Location is great

I live far and needed a place to stay that was close to downtown. I picked here because the price was reasonable and not completely unsafe. Before check in I receive a message from the front desk stating there is a 100 dollar deposit. Something that was not shared on the Expedia website. In the chat she stated I was able to cancel my reservation with no penalties. Days later and I was charged when I didn’t even stay there, I don’t know how this particular place does business but by false advertising and not being transparent with their fees, I see more and more 1 star reviews

The lady at the desk was slightly rude and really lacks customer service and people skills. First, they put me a room that had a door that looked like someone tries to kick it in before, so the door was slightly defective. We asked to change rooms. Then she put me in a room where the bathroom door was completely off the hinges at the top with a cracked mirror. Mind you, I was I had give them a $100 security deposit just for her to put me in a room that already had damage. I felt the the front desk clerk was trying to set me up to keep my security deposit. The woman came off very untrustworthy, so when as I checked out, I got my security deposit back and turned off my card so she wouldn't tey to charge for for damages that I didn't do. I will never be going back there.

Location is great, staff is friendly. I would return! Note-the only suggestion is that the overnight person make fresh coffee for early AM wakers. It was overnight coffee until housekeeping showed up at 7am. It may be her duties however with him just sitting there, he could have considered the guests. Also. The pool has been out of order for some time now. I have not seen anyone working on it in the past 2 months.

Very old building and the first night we stayed in very bad rooms, the move us next day and the rooms were a little bit better.

No heat breakfast is a joke. That’s a snack. Tv didn’t work due to remote. Just didn’t like my stay at all

This was a great stay! Room is big, clean & has all the comforts. Fridge, microwave, cable TV, nice bed. Most impressive how clean the room was.

Everything was good until the sun went down. Typical Austin drama in the hood people yelling and hollering about killing somebody. Car alarms steadily going off. I’m am a hard sleeper. But it woke me up scared my girlfriend. I told her to relax it’s just that Austin drama. Welcome to Austin Tx

Smoking Smell

The rooms were very modern and clean. I like that there was a refrigerator and a microwave.

No breakfast, there was a grab bag, coffee was cold and in a Styrofoam cup. Pillows were very hard, around the bathtub was dirty.
