Choose another hotel. Hallways and staircases are filthy and hadn’t been cleaned vacuumed in a while. Better options out there at a better price, with better service.

Clean, upgraded rooms. Liked the separate bedroom from the sitting area with pull out couch bed. Pleasantly surprised the noise and light barrier were very effective between our rooms and the central pool area just across the hall on the main floor. Other noises from pipes and general creaking in walls and ceilings more noticeable at night (from above?), but not too disruptive.

The facility would get an average rating. Expected it to be a little higher end for the price. Had a room with 2 queen beds. The room was clean, but the bathroom was small. There was no hot water in the afternoon and evening - only luke warm. However water was hot in the morning.

Rooms are updated and spacious. Breakfast is not included with any stay which is disappointing. Also if you like quiet be sure to ask for a room NOT facing the pool. It is very noisy during the day facing the courtyard. Would give this stay a 6/10

This hotel is our go-to when we stay in Lethbridge. Updated, clean rooms, comfortable beds. We love the pool area as it feels like a tropical getaway. Highly recommend for couples and families.

Great property love the pool and hot tub nice atmosphere. The front counter staff were great! And the Italian restaurant has great Latte’s, Americano’s and Gelato. Would stay here again

Very pleased with our stay. Room was great size and very clean. View into courtyard was lovely. Great A/C even on a very hot day! Comfy bed and bedding. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

Was assigned a first floor room near the pool. Would not recommend as the room was poorly maintained and a/c didn’t work well at all.

The young-ish lady at the counter treated us like we were statistics. The carpets and general appearance of the front entry were a bit shabby. Surprising that a large hotel wouldn’t have more elevators. Parking stalls are too narrow! Especially for southern Alberta, which has lots of pickup trucks and larger vehicles

Went for breakfast at 7:05 and the lady working said they weren’t open until 7:00 s

Clean room, nice restaurant, great food and excellent service. The room was too grey, could have used a bit of colour or a nice art on the wall.
