Everything was fine we basically used the hotel to sleep and shower, the only thing I didn’t like is that it was kind of far from Milan center and almost no option of restaurants around the area.

Very clean and spacious

It's a great hotel for the price with very modern features. It's about 20-25 minutes from Milan Central Station so taxi will be a bit expensive.

Several issues, the key card didn't work and I was given a physical key. We had requested a room for 4 and they had only 2 cups and 2 coffee, when we asked for 2 more, we were told it's a free item and only 2 can be given. In general, the staff wasn't the most friendly and I didn't enjoy the stay there.

Enjoyed this hotel - a bit far from the Duomo in Milan (about 1 hour with bus and train), but, there is a bus stop right by the hotel. There aren't many food options around other than two caffe's near the bus stop. Staff was nice, the room was big spacious, and the toiletries offered were fantastic. Note, conditioner is not provided, this is pretty universal anywhere you stay in Italy.

The hotel was very nice but it was so hard to find! There isn't much signage telling you where to park, or even where the hotel is. Our GPS told us we were there, but it still took us a while to find where the parking was and how to get into the hotel. The Expedia listing said that there is a restaurant onsite but there wasn't and they suggested that we walk across the highway to the nearest restaurant. Luckily we found a sandwich shop nearby to get something to eat. The breakfast was very nice but the hot items were not refilled and what they had was cold. It was sufficient for one night but I wouldn't want to stay here longer than that.

Large/spacious room, comfortable 2 large beds. Easy access to a major retail park and Linate airport.

I don’t know why check out is at 11am and house keeping is knocking on the door at 8:43am first asking to deactivate the key and later unlocked again to ask to leave for cleaning

Great for our purposes, but not super convenient for Milan if that’s what you’re after.

We arrived late in the evening, check in was quick even though I booked it same day. The guy that was running the desk was very courteous and professional. Room was very clean spacious, beds were verrrry comfortable! we slept great. I do suggest if you’re planning on having breakfast there reserve night before, we did not and couldn’t reserve in the morning since they were book. BEST HOTEL ROOM EVER!!

Too far away from the city, uber taxi was expensive. The lady at the reception was not welcoming but the other people looks fine. Mosquitos at the reception and I asked for Water and she replied I have to charged you $2.50 euros. The room was clean and beds comfortable.
