Hotel was clean and pretty. Hotel staff were awesome and friendly!

Hotel was very clean. Rooms offer fridge and microwave but no coffee maker which was ok because they have coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was a variety of cold offerings bagels, cereals, muffins. Staff very friendly. Located close to the interstate and central to a lot of things. Would definitely stay again on my next trip to Kentucky.

Was travelling with three children and ordered two rooms and was not given two joining rooms. Children had to sleep alone very very scary for them. Had asked for the joining rooms, almost 2 weeks prior to check in and still wasn’t given the joining rooms.

Great hotel especially for the price! Clean and comfy. Will definitely be back!

Good service and really clean !

Good value basic hotel. I spent one night and used the workout room. The universal machine was not working. Walls a bit thin…I could hear conversations and laughter next door. Recommend they have pets in one area of the hotel as there was a large dog next to me who barked. Breakfast was basic.

the Aire conditioner vent was packed with dirt, we had to get our own towels, every day , toilet paper, and garbage bags 9 the bags they gave me was the size of a gallon zip bag the toilet paper holder was half off the wall, the shower door would not stay shut

Had to look for a guest representative any time I wanted or needed anything Cold stale bagels for breakfast and orange juice Pool was out of service which they didn’t mention on their website to let people know Rude service I brought down dirty towels and asked that towels be put outside my room door which they couldn’t do They said I could get them upon my return The big shabang was I had my DO NOT DISTURB hanging on my door and they walked right in on me fresh outa the shower Do not stay here

The first room we were given, we found dirty towels still in the tub. Found a hair on the toilet, that didn't belong to us. The second room, we had to ask for a trashcan and an ice bucket. Found out the air conditioner didn't work properly. When we arrived there were dirt shore tracks all over the lobby, which were still there in the morning. The whole place had an odor I couldn't place. We would rather drive the 12hrs. back home after touring UK all day, than stay there one more night.

Did not like the toilet paper, but everything else was great. David, at the front desk, is a treasure!!!

We stayed in Room 314 there is some kind of pump that runs periodically and it's loud. Created a lot of discomfort in otherwise uneventful stay. Never experienced anything like this in any hotel. Felt like sleeping in a car repair shop.

Nice property, and well cared for. The breakfast offerings may have included a better fruit selection before I came down. That would be the only improvement I would suggest.

The staff was very friendly!

David, the manager, checked me and he was fabulous. He also texted to see if everything was ok! It was so hot outside and refreshing that the it was already turned on when we checked in. Sheets were nubby and not comfortable or smooth.
