Viaje a una boda y me aloje en este hotel pensando que iba hacer un experiencia buena y no fue asi. Llegamos en la noche a la habitacion ya cansados a dormir despues de la estupenda boda y la mayor sorpresa es que la habitacion no estaba fria, ni fresca o nada que se le pareciera, salimos a comer algo al restaurante del hotel y dejamos las puertas del balcon abiertas, fuimos a comer y por cierto el servicio y la comida fue estupenda. De regreso la habitacion estaba fresca pues cerramos la puerta del balcon porque habia un festival de musica que el bum bum bum no te dejaba dormir y en menos de 10 minitos se calento la habitacion otra vez un calor horrible. Llamo a recepcion y le pregunto que pasa al aire acondicionado que no enfria y me entero por la recepcionista que estan dañados y estan en reparacion y les digo wow y como asi ustedes alquilan habitaciones con aires dañados y no nos dejan saber y la respuesta fue que yo alquile mi habiatacion por el servicio de hotel.com y no atravez de ellos por eso no me lo dijeron. En otras palabras los recepcionista le estaba echando la culpa a hotel.com En conclusion no vuelvo a este hotel ni lo recomiendo.

All is great... but no coffee in the morning!!! (unless you buy the whole breakfast)

The rooms are very outdated. The average temperature inside the room was above 82. Bathrooms conditions were terrible. I will never stay in this hotel again.

We arrived at the hotel after a long drive around 5 PM. It was still around 35 C outside. They gave us a room that was dirty, the floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty and the room was warm because the air conditioning was not working well. I reported that the room was dirty to the reception, they immediately changed it to another room, which this time was clean, but the air conditioner also worked very poorly, so we couldn't sleep all night, because the walls were warm due to the high daytime temperature. Breakfast is continental, they try to satisfy a large number of guests, but the quality of the food is low.

Hotel Beatriz Toledo is a large property with a comfortable feel. There are generous places to sit and relax, with several dining options. The Spa is wonderful and a welcoming addition to our travels. There was not anything we didn't like about the hotel or our stay there.

Clean, quiet and convenient. City view is a must! We will be back.

Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia. Todo el personal es muy amable y resolvió todas nuestras necesidades. El hotel está alejado de todo, pero eso se traduce en que es un hotel amplio y con muy buenas instalaciones. El hotel tiene muchas habitaciones, pero no se satura, lo cual es muy agradable.

The hotel was ok, a bit outdated but good for the price. Staff was very friendly. Spa, pool, and gym were closed all week due to maintenance, that wasn’t disclosed at the the time of booking.

This is a very nice, well located, decently priced hotel. The only complain i would say is that the restaurant manager is very rude. i wanted to get a glass of ice and he was not willing to help at all.

Comfortable rooms and nice pool area. It's not a brand new property but overall in good condition. The staff was very helpful and friendly everywhere we went, and we enjoyed our brief stay!

AC dysfunctional, but was repaired when we requested assistance. Dirty toilet Limited menu, and even smaller since the waiter only offered what he could say in english

We arrived late and had a stopover on our way south. The big draw was the pool, which our kids wanted to enjoy before getting back in the car. Unfortunately, the pool opening times had changed and we could not use the pool. Luckily, the breakfast made up for it. Excellent fruits and good overall choice. The stay would have been better if we could have been informed about the pool opening times. Having a pool opening at 11:30 is very late.
