Great location with it's own parking 2 minutes away. Malones next door is excellent for sports TV and beers.

Spacious room and very friendly staff.

The staff were friendly and the public areas were bright, clean and modern.

Staff werw nuce and helpful. Breakfast was ok and plentiful. Room wasnt great. Linen was clean and shower room in good condition, but furnishings were old fashioned . Worst thing was the noise , constant noise from outside and inside from doors and corridors. There was noise from what sounded like morors , which im guessing was kitchen extractors also rowdy noise from pubs , constant yelling , singing and banging until 1-2 am . I would not stay again because of this.

Room 326 - the room was comfortable, but dated and in need of investment. The heater at the window didn't work, and the window was draughty, making the room temperature cold. Bathroom and shower were good. Throughout the stay, the service received was great.

The hotel itself downstairs was lovely the rooms were dated and water damage on ceiling, the bathroom tiles were dirty, the bed was so uncomfortable, so hard , staff not friendly

Upgraded room was very big, floors were quite creeky. Bathroom was nice.

First room we received wasn't ready but quickly moved to another room with great amenities.

Staff was great. Breakfast was good — much better than American continental breakfasts but not as good as German or Italian breakfasts which are outstanding. The doors slam very loudly so I could hear anytime anyone was coming and going on my floor.

Good but had really loud music next to the room on Saturday evening, that went on past midnight

Heating didn't work in room so the comfort of my night wasn't great as was freezing!

Public areas excellent, our room could have done with some maintenance, painted, sealents replenished etc but otherwise ok.

The reception staff were very helpful in advising how to use the hotel avoiding the chargeable zones which are number recognition and a fine is sent. We managed to get a space a short distance away avoiding these zones. We liked our room. Really decent price for a Saturday night. Surrounded by bars and food options in ship row Staff were friendly & helpful Will stay again

The staff made our stay. Everyone we encountered from front desk to restaurant servers were fabulous. The hotel overall was pleasant. If I needed to stay in this area again i would. Neighbkrhood has seen better days.

The flat had everything you needed

We stayed for 4 nights. First night the room was cleaned next morning. The 2nd day bed linen was not changed . The 3rd day same thing no bed linen changed . Also the bathroom toilet was not cleaned and the plastic cups were taken and not replaced. Also the toilet paper was removed from the toilet hanger athough there was paper still on it and they did not replace it. Very poor housecleaning . Also resturant in the hotel messed up a dinner order and we finally recieved it 40 minutes later. It was only a ceaser salad with chicken on it. They did not charge me for the meal. Also no airconditioning, so the room was very hot. They did supply a small fan but it only helped a bit. Slept with two windows open all night but realy did not help . The only reason we booked this hotel was it was close to the train station that we arrived in . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Because of the windows being open we heard a lot of noise frome the street. Tats what i meant by noisy. Hotel was quite inside.

Almost a perfect stay. However if you don’t go for breakfast till around 10am, and as it was a buffet breakfast the items sadly were lukewarm. Did not see a microwave so made do.
