Room clean, staff friendly and good location.

Excellent hotel location, with great rooms and staff. Cant beat the room rate. Will definitely stay again.

This property was ok. Clean, beautiful views. Everything in the room was low to the ground, though, including the toilet. And the lock on the door to the outside (ground floor) did not seem properly installed. It was just a slide lock that slid across the frame of the door. The bed was hard. On the plus side, they did let us check in a little early, and the staff was gracious.

Location, location, location!! This is a well loved hotel in the FLX region and for good reason. It is freezing tonight and my room is nice and cozy. Great place!

Friendly check-in. Did not mention hours the restaurant was open. The Lake view was nice The bathroom, however☹️ There was rust in the corner of the showers and around the shower faucet We barely had warm water to take a shower and we let it run for 15 minutes before using it We have stayed here before and don't remember this issue, but you can't be the location

Got there and the fridge didn't work but when got back they either fixed or replaced it. A lot of rust in the bathroom. My fault for not see that the bar and restaurant is not open on Sunday. So had to ride for a nice dinner. The one place that was open had a 45 minute wait. I can stand that long. Payed extra for the lake view witch was beautiful in the morning. Got a call when we were at a winery about 4:00 to say we had to leave they have no hot water. Choice was the Hampton next door or drive to Waterloo for the same price of what I was being charged. Went next door and had a room with a view of a furniture store and had Chinese takeout because they delivered and where open. The hotels attitude was oh well

Cozy hotel in a beautiful location on Seneca Lake. Clean, up-to-date, and excellent front desk service. Only issue was the AC/heating system fan, which was blowing right at one of the beds, at a velocity that seemed unnecessarily high.

We had found a pair of dirty underwear and socks on the computer chair when we first arrived and pool was closed our entire stay which was a primary point of booking this place.

The website states a restaurant when it was actually closed. It wasn't super clean. And only 1 very slow elevator

We were very pleased with every aspect of our stay. Five star all around!

The property has declined greatly since we last stayed here. While the location was still great, the upkeep and service of the property did not match the cost. No making beds or taking out garbage or restocking of coffee, etc. Throughout our 3 night stay. Disappointed.

The unit was clean and in a beautiful location. Everything about the room was great! The bed was comfortable although a little low to the floor. My only complaint would be there is no place to put away clothes besides a small a small closet.

Toilet didn’t flush properly the mini fridge didn’t work. They gave us a new room where the shower diverted came off in my hand
