Pool only 3 foot deep and no screens on the window

Cool spot… great location… One elevator out of order, the other clearly getting the bulk of the use, needs cleaning. Fridge did not keep things cold, even though turned up to high… beautiful spot.. I highly recommend

Hotel was very clean and had an excellent view being on the lake front. Night manager was fantastic in friendiness and service. We will stay here again

Everyone is very kind and it’s right on Seneca Lake. The view is beautiful from the fourth floor. The price point was very good. I would go back for sure.

Great location on the waterfront, walking distance from the Welcome Center, nearby parks, and the downtown Geneva area, and a short driving distance from several FLX wineries and hikes. The hotel staff was very friendly and there was plenty of parking on site. Our room was clean comfortable, and we were glad it included a microwave and refrigerator. We also made use of the on-site swimming pool, although it wasn't heated so we didn't stay long.

Lakefront view is nice, otherwise it's a property in need of an update.

It was pretty inside. Walking distance from downtown. Didnt like not having breakfast they gave my room to someone else.

Great location, restaurant staff was awesome! Food was good.

Overall nice but they had lawn service doing their lawn mowing and blowing before 8:00 a.m. so we thought it was a little rude and not sure if that even fits into any noise ordinance but I'd hope that this would be considered for other guests.

Rooms clean, showers great. Had a lake view room which was amazing.
