Room was clean, facilities are nice

I booked here intending to use the hot tub. I found out after I was settled into my room that the hot tub & pool were under construction.

Staff were very good. Our room had been renovated. It was comfortable and clean

The extra charges on my credit card, dirty hotel! Would never stay there again

Cleanliness could use some work. Pillows had stains all over them upon checkin. When asked if they could replace them, they showed up to my room with 2 new pillow cases and didn’t even offer to change them for me.

Wouldn’t accept my debit Mastercard, expensive for not having a pool or hot tub available( under renovation) could have offered a free breakfast or something for compensation

Booked my room with a pool only to find that the pool is under construction 😡

The room was very clean, well equipped. The beds were comfortable and it was easy to adjust the temperature.

The staff was amazing,they were very helpful they went out of their way to help and make us as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend the park town hotel 🏨 👌 🙌 😎

Stayed here for Rock the River festival down the street at the Bessborough Gardens. Great location, walking distance to downtown, nice rooms.

Rooms are nice, clean. Our room, coffee maker didn’t work, shower drained slow who’s is fine. The one big issue is parking. There is little to no control. They provide dedicated parking spots but no monitoring. Not sure what security does there except for hang out with all the people just hanging out. Might wife felt very unsafe. I wouldn’t say it’s at that point yet. Breakfast was great. Nice area, but won’t return to this hotel.
