Very nice hotel, wish it had a pool

Amazing breakfast compliments to chef,clean rooms ,attentive staff,nicw view I didnt like the fact is far from city centre,no links to bus just 20 min walk to get to one,if you have a car is ok,noise ,the rooms are not sound proof.

Transport facilities, No buses not everyone can afford Taxis always, receptionist are not professionals, they are not helpful. Customers smoking in 4 floor all the 4 days we spent, we reported it because 2 of us are asthmatic but they totally ignored us.

I choose this property beeing close to Borgo Roma hospital.The bed was soo comfortable🙂 The price is too high for what it offers. 200€ or more for night in that area I think it’s too much.

The hotel's location was ideal for us, conveniently close to the highway, making it easy to avoid traffic in the morning. Check-in was smooth, the WiFi was strong, and the bar downstairs was enjoyable. Although the room was a bit small, it was manageable. However, there were a few downsides: a dirty hand towel, cracked bathroom tiles with unsightly black grout, and loud music in the gym with no way to turn it off. The gym also lacked exercise mats. On a positive note, check-out was quick and error-free. The parking area was a mix of pavement and dirt but was a decent size overall.

Lovely hotel, very quiet and easy to get to from the train station. Easy access to the centre of Verona by bus and staff were very helpful when getting a taxi etc.

A nice place for the price, a little out of Verona city but good value. Limited transport options so must have a car.

Unfortunately had give a bad review. Stuff was unpleasant, no AC was working, all night there was a crane outside making noise without stopping. Poor and slim mattress in the room. So for 180 euro I had no rest. And I am driving another 1500km. Definitely should have chosen best western in the area. That’s why people trust brands…

Bed is extremely hard, so as the pillows, no air circulation in the room, gets very warm even in Nov, air conditioning only allowed to be used during summer. Room is very tiny. You can till the building is old, in the shower corner, there is mold…1 set of towel is provided, the other set is hidden in the closet. The breakfast is 12 euro and it is the worst I had in Europe, at 9:00 (1hr 30 mins before the breakfast finishes) food are out, no refill is coming in about half hour, even water is out… Lobby is very noisy during night, they hold events who are not guest of the hotel… Do not stay here

The hotel itself is clean and the rooms are reasonable size. Staff is very nice. The hotel is located in an industrial area which is quite deserted in the evening and not so pleasant. Some "shady" characters were in the streets near the hotel. The breakfast is ok minus.

The like the area, very quiet and convenient. I was always walking to the shopping mall Adegeo I did not like the drinks provded in the rooms no tea bag only coffee.

Great place, dismal outside but beautiful and modern and clean inside. Great reception. Comfy room and clean all white bedding. My one complaint is that there are several hours of the day where there is no opportunity to but food. Bar is closed, everything is closed but reception. Pretty common for lots of Italian businesses but Americans may want a heads up.
