A great experience and would stay here again

ATM at the lobby

I just wished they had a free shuttle pick up/drop off service from/to the airport. Not too far from the airport but a bit too far to walk. The service and the breakfast buffet are excellent, including the swimming pool! A great place to stay in.

I always stay in this hotel for the convenience of near to airport, less then 5 minutes. It is comfortable, clean, and people are very welcoming. They have transport to the airport for $5. Dollars.

The overall service and food was excellent.

Staff were friendly and helpful, but the property is quite tired and the photos didn’t quite match up. The pool was good and gym looked good too. We didn’t have time to go. The WiFi was not great and very patchy and kept dropping out. We thought having a 5 star hotel would be a great treat before an early flight as we had a free afternoon to enjoy. But it is more a dated 3.5 star in reality. The $10 taxi to airport was a joke for a fixed rate which was barely 5 minutes in the early morning. I had messaged before we booked, how much the taxi was, but never got a response. Most airport hotels offer a free shuttle bus. Personally I wish we had chosen the airport hotel opposite the airport which we could have walked to the airport for the same price and included breakfast. We knew we wouldn’t have time for breakfast so thought the Camino would make more sense, but we were left somewhat disappointed.

Staff was very friendly and they address you by your name, which was surprising that they said Good morning Mr.., very courteous and with a smile.

The pool

The property is absolutely beautiful. The area surrounding it is less than ideal, but that can be said for most hotels near the airport. The staff was very kind and helpful. I needed a cab to the airport at 0400. The front desk ordered the cab for me when I checked in. When I checked out, the agent at the desk gave me the name of my cabbie and even provided change for a $20 so I would have exact change for the driver. I was truly impressed with the service.
