Close to key points

It's just very old and needs modernization. Employees are amazing, however breakfast was horrible with awful pastries and cold eggs.

I expected better for the price. Whilst clean, the AC was not performing well. The bed was terrible ~ super hard mattress (if that suits you then you’ll be happy). Overall the hotel rooms are tired and in desperate need of transportation to today. Only one power point was working there charging our phones was a challenge.

Famous hotel in the city centre.

Centrally located it is elegant and welcoming hotel. I was here during the worst heat wave imaginable and my lovely large room was air conditioned. The sheets are cotton the towels are large and the shower is also a bath. Great breakfast too.

Good location, staff friendly. But looks like the 1980s inside. And an amazingly poor breakfast.

Lovely, friendly hotel, extremely well placed for everywhere we wanted to visit.

The staff were delightful and helpful. The hotel was very historic and cool. Our room was hot, and the air did not work for multiple nights. Overall, it was a great experience.

Wonderful staff, clean rooms and historic feel. Breakfast was nice as well. We will be back !

Great staff hotel veey central, close to all main sights

Everything was super. Only sleeping bed was very noisy

A great location very close to the Piazza Bra and the Arena, the shops.... We had a warm friendly welcome on arrival. The reception team spoke excellent English. Our room looked out onto the courtyard garden and was very comfortable.

Great hotel with friendly staff right in the centre of beautiful Verona

Negative: The noise from people partying on the main road until around 01:00 every night and having a front facing room on the corner, you get the worse of it all. Positive: The staff are excellent.

Loved this hotel, great location, well fitted out and maintained. Charming and helpful staff, we really appreciated their time and attention. Room 59 is recommended. Parking is limited, better use a small car!
