We had a lovely few days here while visiting Tallinn. Staff were very friendly and gave us a free upgrade when I remembered I had a Radiason Blu member card (it’s worth registering for that before you go because it also gives unlimited spa access). Room was spacious clean and comfortable with nice underfloor heating in the bathroom. Mattress was a bit hard for my liking. We didn’t have breakfast there. Walkable to everywhere. We got a bus from the airport to the hotel but a Bolt back (€7). A historic building - the second hotel for foreigners during Soviet time

Old telephones with broken lines, slow TV with non-intuitive menus, small narrow beds, no extra toilet paper, not refilled lotion bottles, thin pillows.

Spa not included and very small and outdated, gym not included and very small and outdated. Room smelled like cigarettes, breakfast was an insult to hotel breakfast.

Spa could be open longer, maybe more clear instructions what kind of saunas are and where. Sauna at the pool level could be normal Scandinavian sauna, not steam room

It is a dated hotel with not much razzle. Good value for someon on a budget.

The staff were very attentive and spoke flawless English. The breakfast was excellwnt with great selections of breads and smoked fish. The location was perfect for walking to the old town.
