Nous avons bien aimé la piscine, le petit déjeuner, l'accès facile au centre de la Nouvelle Orléans. Nous avons regretté ne pas avoir de distributeur d'eau à chaque étage.

Jordan at the front desk took really good care of us. Nice hotel, full kitchens, big rooms.

The valet gentleman was very impatient. He asked that I move my vehicle since I wasn’t using valet service, but I had checked in and was here only for a night and was gathering my luggage for my wife to go to the room. Sign posted said 10 mins for parking here, I was here less than 7 mins.

Hotel was good. Be careful using their parking. We sustained about 5000 damage to our vehicle while it was on their control. Checked didn’t see until we stopped for gas. The valet company has completely given us the run around and will not cover the issue. The damage was done to the front of the vehicle.

Our room was amzing. We had a 2 bedroom and it was literally like an apartment. If you were in the front room you can hear everyone goingbin and out of their rooms. Only thing I did nkt care for was there was no parking on the property, it was either the street or pay everyday for overnight parking.

No working TV in my room. When trying to sleep, you can hear everyones door slamming all throughout the night.

Breakfast was great. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

We had an awesome time at this hotel . 20 stars! 💖

The staff had a nasty atittude, the pool was not clean.

Everything was nice; wish my stay could have been longer than the one day; just wanted to give the kids a nice experience. The only problem was at checkout, I was told they needed a credit card on file at check-in for the deposit and that when I leave, I could pay the cash and the money would be placed back on the card. But the receptionist would accept the cash.

Staff was unfriendly. Rooms were not clean when we arrived and one bathroom even had mold in it. The rooms were unsatisfactory for us. Would not recommend.

Overall good hotel. Nice spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. Close enough to walk around downtown.

The location is excellent and easy to find. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. My room was comfortable upon walking in as well as clean. I will book again.

We rented a two bedroom apartment style room and breakfast was really good but waiting staff to help unload luggage / valet were lazy and unprofessional. The room was excellent and pretty clean so that made up for the valet.
