We loved our stay here, location is great , walking distance to the Citadel and the Waterfront. The rooms are suites, so they are spacious, the rooftop patio is amazing and the breakfast is also pretty decent.

Room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was simple but great.

We arrived early and were informed our room had been upgraded and was ready to occupy. 😄 Lovely suite with plenty of room. Staff were always helpful and informed us that they had laundry room we could use when they bumped into us on our way to laundromat. Saved a long hot walk.

Convenient quiet location within a short walk from the harbourfront, all staff members friendly and attentive, great experience!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent to many restaurants and to the harbour. The breakfast was enjoyable and had lots of variety. It was a bit different that you had to pay if you wanted bacon lol I would stay here again.

Front desk staff and housecleaning staff were very helpful and friendly. We were sorry to see the Happy Hour time with drinks and food in the Canvas Restaurant had closed down. We had not been here for just over a year.

The property was a solid 3-4*. Good location. It is getting dated, with older plumbing, and our double-glazed window's seals were gone.

Our stay was made wonderful thanks to the incredible hotel staff. From check in to housekeeping, every person we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful and extremely accommodating regardless of time of day or night. Any request we made, even late at night, was taken care of quickly and with a smile. Traveling with multiple kids can be challenging, but the staff made everything feel easy and comfortable. The daily breakfast service was one of the best parts of our stay. The variety was fantastic and there was always something each child enjoyed. It was a great way to start the day and we truly hope the hotel never changes that. The room itself is beginning to show its age. The plumbing could use attention, as the toilet flushed slowly and loudly, and the shower drained so poorly that we often ended up standing in a pool of water. The paint and wallpaper are starting to wear, and the bathroom door frequently got stuck. If it was closed all the way, it took some effort to open again. The light in the prep area outside the bathroom also took a few seconds to turn on, which was noticeable. Even with these issues, the service and overall atmosphere more than made up for them. The warmth of the staff and the family friendly environment left us feeling appreciated and well cared for. We would happily stay again, especially once the rooms receive a refresh.
