Bed and room were comfortable. Breakfast was good

My stay at the Comfort Inn in Sydney was exceptional. The rooms were clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the parking was easily accessible. Would definitely stay here again.

Although the front staff were absolutely lovely, the room was not entirely clean. After locating an already used bar of soap in the shower sitting on top of the shampoo and conditioner bottles and hair on the walls, I asked the front desk if housekeeping could go and clean the washroom. They were deeply sorry and said they’d send someone right away. After being out of the room all day I came back to them having been there to “clean” but the bar and hair were still there. This tells me the housekeeping staff are either not trained properly or simply don’t care. Other than that, breakfast was okay, safety was good, parking was good. No sight of the fitness facilities accessible to guests. I’d try other places before booking again.

The Comfort Inn is an older hotel, however it was hard to tell with the new renovations. Our room was clean and comfortable. The desk staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and checked in on our stay each time we returned to the hotel. It was a great weekend

Clean room. Friendly staff. Breakfast was hot and there was a variety to choose from.

Good breakfast and parking was good, many spots and many entrances, didn’t have to go through the lobby to bring everything in could just find the door closest to my room and park there to bring everything up. Room was comfy and nice, price wasn’t too bad.

Overall good stay

Although room was warm and sheets were crisp, the sink was partially clogged, no Netflix and any worthy available shows you had to pay for, and there was many ants in the bathroom, around a bed, and near the shoes. My daughter is terrified of bugs and this really ruined her stay.
