We were out most of the time came to the hotel just to sleep. Very centrally located. Cleaning staff was very good.

I really need your room service team to stop using the top lock on the doors to prop them open when cleaning the rooms. They let them bang every time they come in and out and when you have a guest trying to sleep in, this was incredibly obnoxious and inconsiderate to your guests. Why do you not have door stops to prop the doors open when cleaning them to prevent as much noise pollution in the mornings? This made me rageful for how much your team wasn't considering how it was affecting other people.

We found 2 bugs on the floor. Hot breakfast offered which we thought would be great but the food quality wasn’t great.

J’ai réservé au Comfort Inn de Charlottetown le 7 mai pour un coucher le 12 juin 2026 et lorsque j’ai imprimé ma confirmation de réservation on a inscrit le 12 mai alors que je suis au Portugal du 6 mai au 21 mai. J’ai téléphoné 2 ou 3 fois à l’hôtel mais personne ne peut me parler en français et on me ferme la ligne au nez . J’ai également envoyé une dizaine de messages courriels à l’hôtel et à expédia sans jamais recevoir de réponse pour corriger ma confirmation.Alors si vous n’êtes pas des voleurs et que vous respectez vos clients envoyés moi une nouvelle confirmation de réservation pour le 12 JUIN 2026 ou remboursé moi mes 185.00$

Nice, well maintained motel with a great breakfast spread. Rooms were sizable and tidy though the strong cleaning supply scents in my room (hoping it was not trying to cover mold) were a bit off-putting.

The breakfast was terrible. The bacon you could see through, the bagels were not fresh. The space is crowded with people, poor layout

The room was relatively clean. The staff was always ready to help. They were friendly and welcoming. They deserve 5 stars for their hospitality. from the front desk to the cleaners to the servers they all did a stellar job

The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The bed was hard. The staff were very efficient. Breakfast was good.

Our stay was okay! It was a place to sleep at the end of a long dance competition. Breakfast was ok, pretty typical hotel breakfast.

Friendly staff. Breakfast good. Free parking. Could use a little more attention in cleaning. Found pair of dirty socks in one drawer and a bit of dirt under bed. Bathroom wall was fine but could use attention. We stayed on first floor.

The place is outdated for the price, breakfast was ok not good, floor wasnt the cleanest. Tub drain wouldnt close to fill the water for baths. Had an almost empty toilet paper roll about 1/4 roll. Remote for the tv didnt work. Recycle bin was dirty had some coffee grind residue at the bottom under the plastic bag.

The rooms where clean. The only issue my husband fell in and could not be assisted even to call an ambulance

Overnight staff was lovely very helpful. Rooms were vlean, hotel was quiet.
