Erreur de reservation , l'hôtel dit quil ne peuvent rien faire qu'il faut se réfère a hotel.com qui eux me dise qu'il ne sont pas capable de parler a l'hôtel.... resulta j'ai payer 160 $ pourbune chambre d'hôtel que je n'ai pas prise ...... arnaque

To clarify, it’s a 35 minute drive from Quebec City to your hotel not 3 miles unless by boat. Misleading.

The staff we encountered on the front desk were awesome-friendly and helpful. We felt the overall appearance of the hotel (rooms, hallways, and furniture) are looking tired and dated. The breakfast offered in the morning was sadly lacking, and we felt it wasn’t adequately replenished, even though there was still an hour left to eat.
