The property was being renovated , hallways were dirty. The grounds outside were horrible cigarette butts everywhere and garbage not disposed of properly

The room was very musty and the floors were covered in dust and dirt. There were lipstick kiss marks on the wall, and the drawers were stained and had trash in them. The bathroom was cleaned, however there were brown stains on the wall and the tub was stained. Staff were very polite and friendly.

Property was very run down. Room was dirty with garbage behind the couch, something splashed on the wall, as well as dirty hand/foot prints on the bathroom door. Fridge was not working, and as such we lost $80 in groceries which we were not reimbursed for.

The hotel was under renovations and this was not mentioned when booking. The hotel emailed AFTER booking was made and informed us of renovations. My wife has a low tolerance to paint and glue doors and this stay was less than satisfactory

My room had dry vomit on wall behind bed. Room could have been a little cleaner. The walls were red so it was hard to notice not the end of the world I’ve stayed in worse other than that the complementary breakfast was very nice. The neighbourhood is old, so don’t expect everything to be fancy and new. They are doing renovations on the facility.

The property is very run down and unkept. The ceiling in the room was very dirty near the air unit. The curtains didn’t cover the windows. The beds were terrible. It’s very run down.

Exterior entrance great when travelling with pet

Good place to stay. Our only issue was the parking lot is dangerously icy, some sand/gravel should be put down where the cars park and people have to walk after parking their vehicles.

There was some grit on the floor in sitting area/outside entrance. The rest of the room was good, bathroom was clean, bed comfortable, very good conti breakfast. Staff was pleasant

I was told after I paid for my room that the cc for incidentals needed to be in my name , I never even got to stay there . As a result had to sleep in the airport

As expected

Check in went fine but was not impressed by the room. Carpets getting a worn look and some cleaning issues elsewhere. Had I read the reviews from people first regarding bed bugs and other things I probably wouldn’t have booked there. We searched through the bedding and saw no signs of bugs and stayed albeit a little apprehensive. Our check out was early, didn’t bother with the complimentary breakfast. Won’t be staying here again.
