Great location and friendly staff. Decent breakfast and room. Would stay again.

The staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful! It was our favorite stay on our 3 weeks in Italy! We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Firenze.

While, overall, the hotel was very nice, I would recommend not takimg a room on the first floor. This floor is where the kitchen and breakfast room are. The staff start work at 6.00 and it is very loud. There is excellent sound proofing to the street but not to the sounds of the kitchen and breakfast room. Additional, since the room was close to the kitchen there was an ever present smell of cooked bacon. I would stay again but not on the first floor. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful with dinner reservations and calling a taxi.

Staff is great and location is fantastic. Hotel is a bit old. You hear people in the rooms next to you. We were woken up a few times and had to call the front desk.

The staff was awesome and it was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were phenomenal and extremely helpful. The breakfast was great and the fruit was superb. It provided easy access to the City. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Florence.

Perfect location

It was the perfect place for us to stay. Everything was so close by and train station was not far either.

Excellence property and location. Easy to get to and wonderful visit. Lovely 5 pm champagne toast nightly. Beautiful included breakfast and nightly turndown service is the best! Will always stay here in Florence!

The breakfast was so tasty, all staff were helpful. I had a last minute guest, they helped me moved to a different room with an extra bed to accommodate us. We were right in the middle of everything, also 15min walk from train station.

Hotel was located on one of the main areas of attractions. Walkable to everything.

Nice place we would recommend

This hotel was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was very kind and helpful. This hotel is in a perfect, walkable location. The only thing that dampened our stay just a bit was being put into the room right next to the dining room where breakfast is held from 7-10. We heard everything, from dishes rattling, doors slamming, and patrons talking/yelling. We woke up quite a few times before we would’ve liked to. I would recommend being asked to move to a different room if they place you on the first floor. That being said, the breakfast was very delicious. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Florence.
